That is one hot engine! And the difference the Juggernaut made is striking! However the one thing that caught my eye on this bike is the gas tank - that's a nice job! Kudos to whomever built and designed that tank!
I've given up on Go-Karts & minibike lately, as I wanted to get an actual Motorcycle. but My little 212cc Lifan engine that came off a waterblaster, and I spent a small fortune on, has at least 16hp, the best guess is 17 but could be 18... It could keep up with the new 250cc 27hp Motorbike, although the TAV2 CVT holds it back to 4100rpm, which means that unless you are really wanting to go over 40mph you will never feel the power it actually has... which is when it gives the Motorbike a run for it's money, and that's a good thing, as anybody can ride it, and only the skilled & practiced will find out how fast it really is!
Those champion rockers and cast aluminum flywheel are part's that are included in a bullet proof kit from OMB warehouse along with a Cam and springs with light weight pushrods, flattop piston and arc/ Honda 3.323 billet rod . I put this kit in my 224 and she rips. Probably a bullet proof kit 👍
Does anyone else want to see a Honda Monkey for a comparison bike? I mean a stock top speed of 90km/h, the option to 140cc bigbore kit, and plenty of other Pitbike options (like 190cc) that bolt straight in. If Nothing else, it would be the perfect camera/ chase vehicle for the Minibikes! (it would just require an actual Motorcycle license!)
@@Black66 I have a mild built Ducar 212. 275 cam, rod, 24mm PWK carb and a stock Jugg. It would be cool to see the difference between the two Juggs on the Mystery engine.
I need some help, my brother has a ct100u and I took off the regulator to try to rig it to go faster and failed, but i recently bought one from go power sports and mounted it but i cannot remember exactly how to connect each spring and linkage properly to get it to pull the tab on the carburetor and I cannot find images or the videos I see have the tank on so I can’t see anything, I know you work on these bikes and was hoping you could help me it’s driving me crazy
@@Black66 thank you sir, the only problem I am having is the linkage is working backwards it is fully open with all the springs attached and when the throttle is pulled the arm attached to that bolt to the governor does not pull and push linkage, it just stays in place stretching the spring, the arm to the governor with push the opposite way pulling throttle closed and returning open I am very confused
What RPM were you running at top speed with the Jugg? We know the stock driver gets OD once the belt shifts but what ratio does the Jugg get after a full belt shift?

It would be very interesting to see whats inside that engine David! That made a huge improvement with the juggernaut! 🤔🇺🇸

Been so busy...so now I need to catch up on all the videos you made...😊
Yessss. These videos. Can you make a video on how to cut the spring on a clutch and make it engage higher rpm stuff like that. DIY. Thanks

Love the vids keep it up 🎉
Nice results! How about a “detuned” Juggernaut (thin washers added to the bolts) with a stock, ungoverned, engine?
youll be fine with the stock pulley, the juggernaut will let it rev too high and explode( with stock parts)
Great video, do you have any vids of a 13in wheel bike with torque converter?

Video on juggernaut stage one kit install ?
Test a stock driver with higher engagement springs and see if it helps it out
Nice Mr Black 😮
What's the best coil for no rpm limted with a budget cs the wildkitty stock coil has 4000 rpm limit?
When ran your juggernaut , did you max the belt out over top of the driver? Just curious ..
Did that thing have the weights and springs? Just wondering what level and extent of kit is in it? Looks like the red weights but??
