I have this watch in black face. I love it except it’s not always so easy to tell time with a quick glance. But if you can afford a Cartier, you don’t have to be anywhere.
The MC is literally the only Cartier I would buy because it has the perfect proportions. I don't like the Santos because of the screws and the square case and the other tanks are too narrow for their height in my opinion.

Yes, I agree that a tank watch is elegant and should not be gaudy however if you are built like a man; 6'3" 280 lbs with a fist like a grapefruit a regular size any tank watch looks like a girls watch. Glad they make for a real man size finally. Awesome watch and review!

Agreed! I wish it was a little less domed and had a regular sized lug width. But the proportions are fantastic
