    మంచి shoes use చేయకుండా రోడ్డు మీద jogging చేస్తే మోకాలు కు పాదాలకు మధ్యలో ఉండే ఎముకలో pain వచ్చి నరకం చూపిస్తది. ఈ pain మట్టి రోడ్డులో గానీ, గడ్డి ఉన్న గ్రౌండ్లో గానీ చేస్తే రాదు.
