Now-a-days govt is failing to provide employment. People are searching jobs desperately. I know few people who are sitting at home jobless for 2-4 years. And in such situations some people actually find jobs by doing some certification. They give their 100% while working on project. However they loose job due to your BGV process. I am one of them. I was working for a company and I was top performer in my project. After completion of 1 year, as per companies norms, you guys did my bgv and found about my fake experience and I lost my job. I was giving my 100% and was top performer. After loosing job I was in total depression and thought about taking my own life. Even after working day night, hard and outperforming people who were having experience I got fired only because of you guys that is MatrixBS and it really hurts I really think owner of this company and each n every employee who is involved face the same trauma one day. I curse you from the bottom of my heart. I really want to see your downfall (if I dont take my life due to unemployment soon)
