Sir i got rhe confirmation email from TCS that i have been shortlisted and cleared all rounds of interview later on they asked me to submit the documents which i also did. After that somebody from TAG team has confirmed me that my recruiter will call me in next couple of days and release the offer letter, next day i have received call from my recruiter she confirmed on call that she will release the offer letter tomorrow since i have been doing follow ups but nobody is responding on e mail... Tcs verification are very strick and they ask for UAN number to check the previous employment details. If you have the relieving letter for all the companies then well and good and if not then tcs will probably reject the verification process.@ashiqasharafarackal7027

First of all in bgv they should never check pf. It is none of their business. Pf is social security and it financial data. Dont give that to these low quality bgv companies. They might misuse it. If they ask just threaten them to sue them with their revenue for ask financial details of an individual

Sir, I accepted an offer letter from a big bpo company for contact based work from home job after my interview, but I didn't attend training or start working due to personal reasons. Now, HR says my employee code has been generated. Will this impact my future? As i am a fresher i completed my graduation in this year

Bhai. Mine 6 months ek company work kara tha. After that Ek reputed mnc ka offer aaya aur unhone as a fresher join karneko bola he aur immediate joining maanga. First company me notice period nahi server kar paaya aur mnc join karli jiske baad project ke liye bgc bi hua.bgc pass hua. Ab mnc me 3+ years exp he agar next company ko switch karna ho tho bgc me kuch problem aayega kya? First company ka relieving letter nahi he mere paas but DOE marked he and kuch overlap nahi he.

Sir i got rhe confirmation email from TCS that i have been shortlisted and cleared all rounds of interview later on they asked me to submit the documents which i also did. After that somebody from TAG team has confirmed me that my recruiter will call me in next couple of days and release the offer letter, next day i have received call from my recruiter she confirmed on call that she will release the offer letter tomorrow since i have been doing follow ups but nobody is responding on e mail... Even i am 100% sure whatever the documents i have given all are 100% relevant i did not even hide anything... Now plz advice me what could be the reason for delay in issuing offer letter
Hi i am x emp of TCS In the TCS it takes some time maybe 1 or - 2 months after that they will release and it depends on client urgency don't worry if u have given everything is true then definitely u will get an offer

What all steps i should take i.e. what to hide/modify and what to tell/share/show to next company HR. Does taking little long gap by waiting for few more months or a year helps easing the ref check anyway? One of my senior told to take a year break and then to apply...does it help?

Tcs verification are very strick and they ask for UAN number to check the previous employment details. If you have the relieving letter for all the companies then well and good and if not then tcs will probably reject the verification process.@ashiqasharafarackal7027
