Sir , I have 2.5 years education gap between my BTech and diploma, I got offer from TCS as 4.5 years experienced. In bgc is this effect ?
You have mentioned the reason in ibegin application form right?? Then no need to worry and also mention this to hr. If you get call for the gap.

I completed my graduation in 2019 and then had 2.5 years of gap, actually it should be of 2 years but due to covid mba entrance exam in 2021 got delayed and hence my gap increased. Now i got the offer letter from TCS for MBA tech hiring will they consider me. I have provided all the necessary documents to the HR.
Please do mention this to the hr,usually tcs has stricts policies nd more that 2 years gap they dont consider but as your reason is genuine they will consider you but first have a clear cut discussion with hr about the gap first

I Worked in 2013 to 2015. When I joined that company that time UAN not launched. They only provided pf number. Its means this is not showing in my servise history on epfo portal. How can add that one pf number to my UAN ?

I have an overlapping issue with Company A And Company B . In Company A i worked for 6 months but i have not received rlvng ltr and Company B i am joined as a Fresher. After Company B i joined TCS after 1.9 yr in TCS i show only Company B's Exp alone. Now Company A and B Overlap which held TCS BGV Fail? Pls answer. I am also not mentioning Compny A exp in Resume which gives TCS but alone EPO shows cmpny A exp. pls hlp. is TCS BGV Can fail due to Cmpny A?
Yes tcs will consider both the experience of company A and B.You absconded company A and Joined B that is why the dates are overlapping.Now you can do one thing either reach out to A company for reliving letter before the date of joining of B or you have to convince the HR to consider only B company and ask them you are ready to sign any declarations
After a few switches If i go to Infosys or any other MNC's then they fail my BGV?
You can do any of the following
1.Tell the hr before the interview about your absconding with a valid reason if they are convinced you will not face any problem.
2.Stay silent give interview if you are selected and you dont face any issue related to BGC (though tge chances are low) dont say anything about your absconding company
Hi sir I have joined in one company as a graduate appreticeship trainee before getting tcs OL. If I want to abscond from this company, will tcs bgc fail. I do not have pf and I have 30 das notice. I attendes tcs as fresher. I received only stipend from current campany and I try to abscond as they are not giving me the releiving letter. Will.I be caught in tcs bgc if I hide this company? Hi sir please respond...I joined TCS three months ago, and now they're asking for my first company's bank statements. I've already given them my payslips and form 16, so they don't need them. Still, they want my bank statements, which I can't provide because I don't use that bank. I responded by saying I could supply form 16 in its place.
Will I be rejected if I don't provide bank statements?
Please talk to the hr...and bank statement they are asking because they have seen something fisshy.you may be marked as negetive if you dont provide the statement.

Hi Sir, I have cleared TCS interview but they haven’t provided offer letter yet. They are asking service history from epfo portal. I have managed to get service history from latest UAN. The other two UAN I couldn’t able to login due to Aadhar not seeded. But have provided all experience & relieving letter, Bank statement, Form 16 . Would that be sufficient to issue offer letter?
Yes that should be sufficient.Tell them the reason why not able to provide the service history from EPFO and consider the documents you have shared

Hi Need urgent assistance, I have 3 UAN out of 3 , i know 2 only and i dont know 3 rd one , I showed to tcs latest which is have continued from last 3 three companies so my question is there any possibility TCS can find my other 2 UAN ' s. ?????
You said you don't know the 3rd UAN.I believe you are talking about 3rd pf account number.UAN is universal it will be same pf account is different so in the epfo portal check the 3rd company name.You must have worked there that is why it is cread.So yes chances are high TCS will know about your all companies.If you want you don't disclose and mention about the company from which you have all documents.But this one is quite risky
What i supposed to do if i had 6+ CGPA as per eligibility but it's mentioned as second class in degree certificate menwhile supposed to have first class to join tcs?

Yes it will affect, no database will accept your overlapping dates,it is better to get it corrected asap from the company who done this mistake
Hi sir, I completed my diploma studies in 2021, after that i joined to a company and worked for 2 months then i leaved from that company. In my case they created me a pf account but they didn't provide me experince certificate or relieving letter. I have only pay slip for the period of time i worked in that company. Then i applied for for B.E education and now i completed. If i join tcs, is there any problem?

Hi bro, I recently took back my resignation as tcs delayed on-boarding. Now they said october date is final will you join or not. I told them I wi join. Now tcs would again reschedule bgc???
I am planning to put resignation by end of September to get early release. During bgc check if they check date of leaving before I put resignation would that turn out negative please tell me.

Hi sir, I was attending an internship in a company and stopped my internship in the middle. Then joined another company. But the issue is I mentioned about that Internship in a new company I am going to join. They are asking about the experience letter for that internship. What will happen in the background verification check as I don't have an experience certificate to provide?
Better inform them, your bgc will be cleared only if you give them the letter which you don't have so ask the hr to consider you as fresher and request them to hire you
Hello,
I joined company A and then resigned withing 22 days. That time I was in training period. They did not gave me releiving or exp letter. They given me full and final settlement letter. Also they have created PF account.
Then i joined company B as fresher. And on company B exp I am going in tcs. TCS has marked company A exp as irrelevant and also got approval from hr for company A f and F letter.
Now will tcs bgv team ask releiving letter for company A?
If tcs is ok with FNF then its fine but as tcs aware of your a company.they may ask you for relieving letter

Hi , i was about to join tcs on 17 May. I have submitted all the documents but in evening I got a call from hr that bgc team has some issue in documents. I have joined my company in 2020 and in 2022 my company changed it's name. So i have worked for only one company but due the name changed process. Two names are showing in pf account. I have bank statements and every documents. I haven't received any response from hr and recruiter . Two weeks completed, my recruiter is not replying mail or calls. What can i do now
Don't wait for so long try in other places, do follow up with the TCS hr they are re verifying your docs but I am not sure about it .it's better to apply in other places as well

Hi ,There is a spelling mistake in my educational certificate when compared to My PAN,Aadhar will it make any impact in my BGC and MY PF account details are same as Aadhar and PAN

If tcs selects you you have to give your employment proof without that they will not hire.if you have offer letter and relieving letter than send an email to hr that you dont have any statement of salary but you have statement of PF
iam currently doing internship at a Startup company. I have resigned from my internship. But The company is not accepting and also not giving the internship completion certificate because of Discontinuation of internship now which is less than 1 year. There is no notice period for internship. So I discontinued the internship at this company. Is this make any problem with background check process. Because I have mentioned this internship experience in background check of tcs.

Hi Sir... I have got an offer from TCS recently... I need to initiate bgv within 5 days of accepting the offer letter... But there is a typo error in the employee id of my current company ( the last digit only) which is reflecting in the bgv form... This i am unable to edit.. I have already mailed hr and they said a tckt is opened to resolve the same.. But till now i am seeing the same error there... Now how can i initiate my bgv unless this issue is resolved? Kindly advise
Initiate the bgc don't worry as you sent the mail it will be resolved from backend

TCS will send the letter as per their schedule, you will definitely receive mail for all kind of updates.I would suggest do check mail regularly.The Hr team will reach out soon

I don't think it will create problem related to the education overlap but still do clarify this HR before sending the documents

The best way to add sign here just take a print add signature with blue ink pen and scan the copy and send it to recruiter
Hi will there be strict bgv for third party payroll and client is TCS. Actually i dont have all the related documents for one of my company in the past and its pf number is reflected in my pf account. Is it safe to join TCS under third party payroll or should i skip it.
See if you are getting the opportunity you can join but I can assure you that you will face problem for not having proper document from that company

If you changed the documents after sending it for bgc, please inform HR that you have changed pan and adhaar and send a soft copy of the proof ASAP

It is completely ok if you worked there before joining.If you have resigned then yes share the UAN number with them.As you have all the relevant documents no need to worry but share the UAN with them

Hi I am having total 1.6yr of experience but my 1st company was paid me in cash and last company was paid me in my bank account so my TCS bgc is going on they told me show epfo passbook they saw only one company service history was there another was not there so they told me download the statment and send it on mail and also told to send the detail of company manager and HR who's paid in cash .for both company I am having exp letter relieving letter everything so what can I do should I join tcs or it will create problem to me becuz of salary in cash ..????
Follow what I say,
1.No company can reject you if you have service letter of your old company where you received salary in cash.just share the offer and relieving letter of that company.
2.please share the hr and manager details with the company so they will directly verify and get a documented mail that you worked there.
3.these 2 things are enough to resolve this issue still if you have any doubts talk to the hr of tcs.

Hi , i have a doubt in my 1st company i don't have a pf account current company pf account but problem means i am working in 1st company at same time i am working one more company 45days at night shift that time i got a pf form that company now what need to do can mention in bgc form 9. One month experience pf details.
The pf account of that company is the valid proof and mention that only in the bgc form.but make sure you resign from all the place before joining the new company

Edited experience? Is your experience genuine or not? If you are selected to tcs based on the experience and you dont have that experience then you may get into trouble.if you are joining in TCS as fresher then no need to give any experience letter

Sir Yesterday I have received a call from TCS that your profile has shortlisted &they contected a telephonic interview in that ,they explained about company package etc...and they said that for a verification you have to say the Aadhar card Pan card number and also the account number & Debit Card number (after you joined 1 st month salary will be credited to your own account )& to put in these all account details in your offer letter and we will mail you ...from 2nd month we will open an account from our side for you to credit the salary. They does not asked any payment before joining...

Don't send any details no company asks for debit card.just ignore them this is clear cut fake call.Tell them hae they opened their own company with the name TCS

It depends on your pf status.if it is reflecting for 1st company then your absconding history tcs will know

Tcs will check only if you worked in that company they wont check your domain.As you qualified the interview only your manager will get to know based on your performance.Faking an experience can be dangerous.Try to learn things as much as possible during training or else you will be in trouble

Inform them that you are not available, ask them you will be able to send it once you are back.no need to worry it is part of process
I have selected In TCS but in BGV Previous Employer PF showing overlapped. My revealed date was 5th June but in PF showing 30-June pls sugget. Inbetween i joined one company and i resigned in days i have submitted those documents as well but now because of Overlapping its showing dual job.Then i escalate to that employer about Overlapping they ask me to submit Joint declaration from through EPF portal with required documents. After submit joint declaration from Employer given approval and now its stage at Approval waiting at Noida Field Office. Pls suggest me here what will happen if TCS can onboard me or reject?
Please share the communication of the joint decleartion to the tcs hr or bgc team and also ask the hr to share the declaration form and fill it with the time extend for 60 days.TCS will allow you to take some time and once you got the approval send the docs to the hr again.I dont think it will create problem if you follow the process I mentioned

It is ok but for as you are asking more time to submit the PF document whenever they are communicate with you ask them if they have any decleartion form so you can fill this and share the time after how many days you will submit it.Take minimum 60 days

Any id proof will work.but if they have specified some proof and you have that document you can give it first.

Only in offer letter they had mentioned to provide those. In portal nothing is mentioned. It just says address proof. My hr is not responding

Sir one doubt 2 years i have worked in start up company and 4years i worked in Mnc company i selected in TCS i have mentioned only 4years mnc company experience and documents to TCS in bgv it is possible to enquire about my previous company i did'nt have pf account in starting company
No if you dont have any pf they will not get to know about the start up just dont disclose this to anyone

Is any of the address belongs to you present or permanent? I dont think for this they will reject try to update the correct address in ibegin portal

First of all did you joined the 2nd company in the same day mentioned in joining date? If you have the proper documents dont need to worry about it hr team will sort it out

Hi nitish.. I would suggest go for shoet term internship max 6 months but it is not always necessary that Joining will be late but as you will be working as freshee you can go for it

I have an issue of pf account created for a X company where i didn't join but they created the pf with the forms which i submitted to them before onboarding, its just a blank pf account with no transaction and only DOJ..currently i am working in company Y without any issues. But if in future will this create issue if i switch company? Can i prove them by showing form 26as or AIS sheet that i never got a salary from them and never worked. It's created mistakenly?? Hi, I got offer from TCS and I have total of 9 years of experience working in 5 companies. But in my first experience, I was received my salary a Cash and didn't have any PF deduction. It was just 7k salary. Becuase of this I don't have bank statement also. But I have experience letter, relieving letter and pay slip from that company and they are still functioning. How this will impact my BGC in TCS ? Do they require bank statement for all our previous companies ?

Yes there will be issue, right now you have 2 option either reach out to the last x company and get all docs or stay silent and wait for the hr to call you and then you can tell them the reason you absconded.try to give them medical reason then only they can consider

Lets assume you are stainv in rent.so agreement or electricity bill if you have for that present address it will work for you

hey I received mail from back ground verification check team , 3rd part asking for bank statement of 7/11/2019 to 31/12/2020, but i don't have bank statement of this period because my company provide salary in cash & from 1/01/2021 my company changes policy and asked employee to provide bank account that from now onwards you salary will be credited in bank account, so , I've statement of Jan , Feb. , march $ April 2021 statement after that I , joined another another company for that I've already provided bank statement of from 2021 to till date . so I replied them that I took my salary in Inhand , so it is not possible for me to give you any statement of this particular period 7/11/2019 to 31/12/2020 , what should I do now ?
