Thanks very much for the video, as I was just looking for vid's on the use of that brand of test Kit. Fyi, I've been supplementing with 5,000 IU's of D3 all last fall & winter 2023/2024 and had a lab test at Dr's annual physical in April (at my request) and was at 85 ng/mL. So last fall/winter in west side of state of MI the supplementation regime got me to a respectable D level. I have since changed to using 10,000 IU's thru Dr. Berg's store (see Y-T) purchased D3 w/ K2 & Mg to help better absorb D into bones. That's why I wanted the test kit info to re-test start of this seasons fall. By the way I used to be at your level of D before starting supplementation during and thru Covid. But since these higher level's of D...I feel super fit at 68 yrs, have +1100 miles of biking hard effort on roads since March '24. I believe it is due to the vit D level, and am so much happier with ZERO sickness during last fall->winter or thru to this fall. Again, appreciate the video as monitoring is 'key'....also now I know why they included the 2 lancets...ouch, ouch!
thank you for your input!! i intentionally laid out all summer to get my vitamin D levels up for this winter and I just got checked again last week and my D level is the exact same as last year (22) 💀 I can't believe this is even possible. My friend told me that some people don't have the gene that converts vit D from the sun so I'm thinking maybe I have that issue OR maybe it is a liver issue. I really don't know but trying to get to the bottom of it. For now I will just try some supplements with mag (maybe the ones you recommended!)
@@lilpeeva Check out Dr. Jack Kruse, he has a lot of alternative advice about improving health (blue light is really bad, etc.), maybe his advice can help.
@@lilpeevagot my results back and it’s in the normal range, 37 ng/ml. My inflammation levels are also good, 1 mg/L with anything below 3 being normal. I do get sun almost everyday and live in Texas. I’m eating a strict carnivore diet for the last 18 months. I have had a history of low D levels in the past.

Great video. What vitamin D pills would you recommend?
the sun lol
Eat salmon, sardines, eggs, trout etc. You can get it from food too! Take magnesium to help itnorocess.
just got re-tested a few days ago after summer 2024- i'm curious to see the new results!
"What can you do?" Take supplements. Also, take the ones with K2 added.
