    I was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency a week ago. I thought I was dying. Bone cancer came to mind daily. I’ve never had zero energy, irritability constantly ( I didn’t like myself or anything) depression was terrible. The bone pain was unbearable. Muscle pain and spasms whenever I moved. I couldn’t lay on my bones longer than 20 minutes to an hour. My kidneys hurt really bad. I would choke whenever I swallowed anything. Headaches everyday. High bp that medication couldn’t control anymore. I noticed these symptoms started some of these symptoms as early as 2017. No one bothered to check my vitamin D levels until a week ago and I was almost completely out of vitamin D. Within one to two days of taking it I noticed little improvement but anything was big to me. My mind was starting to clear up. I wasn’t forgetting everything. My mood started getting better and not so irritable. My husband loves this vitamin now! I’m so excited to get up each day to see how much better I’ll get each day. I use to be in tears when I would wake up. I prayed each night I wouldn’t. People I don’t think realize just how serious a vitamin deficiency is and what it can do to almost every part of your body! Please if you have symptoms, even strange ones they don’t list please have you vitamin levels checked . I’m anxious to hear your message on vitamin D deficiency and cancer. I’ve never had a lump in my breasts. About 6 weeks ago I found a good sized lump in my left breast and until I watched this video I didn’t know they can be a relationship between cancer and vitamin D deficiency. I have wondered how many people are in mental institutions and or on medications for depression when it’s something so easily available and tested for. I hope more drs watch this. Ty for the information.

Ive been convinced I must have underactive thyroid....but it is my vitamin d. Dr said it should be about 30....mine was under 8!

    All this is very true. I had a severe Vitamin D deficiency at 18 years old. I remember being extremely fatigued, sleeping 12 hours a day and still being exhausted. And my bones were so weak that I actually broke my foot just from running. Took me until the age of 25 to finally realize this crazy deficiency I had was caused by Celiac disease, but that is a whole other story. For anyone suffering out there with extreme fatigue, also investigate B12 deficiency.

      So what did you do to combat the deficiencies and how is your quality of life now if you dont mind me asking

    • @lotsoftorque3632
      @lotsoftorque3632 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@turrelll.2548 As far as the deficiencies go, they are easily rectified with taking the proper vitamins. I take a whole foods based multi vitamin (which is the way to go, others are synthetic) a separate vitamin D pill, and magnesium. That works perfectly to bring all my levels where they should be. My quality of life is totally fine regarding that. However I have another condition now that celiac disease caused, called SIBO. That condition wreaks havoc on my life every single day. Been battling it for over 4 years now.

    The Vitamin D problem with the Obese is that the supplement goes into the Fat but doesn't continue into the blood. Thats why a MD can prescribe a Mega dose of D without it showing on a blood test. It is essential for the Obese patient to lose weight to absorb their Vitamin D.

      Low vitamin D will definitely affect your ability to sleep. That's one of the main reasons why I am supplementing with it, and my sleep has improved. I take 10,000 units every other day, sometimes every day. I add K2, magnesium and a food fat source to go along with it. It all helps with the absorption of the Vit D.
