Eng is not my concern, but my concern is mere in regard with my social anxiety which I constituted after getting clustered in my house in this freaking Pandemic. Im pretty terrible at social interaction or perhaps coz of this pandemic I despise to talk to someone. Conversely, im trying my best for the cessation of my social anxiety.

In the lower courts, you have a choice to speak in English or local language (preferred) while in the High Courts & Supreme Court English is the language of the court

Interpretation of statute is the correct understanding of the law . This process is commonly adopted by the court for determining the exact intention of the legislature . There are mainly three rules of interpretation of statute .namely , Golden rule , Mischief rule n Literal rule .
