  • Welcome to eating for fertility and pregnancy; what I eat in a day my third trimester of pregnancy! Nutrition is such an important part of fertility and then pregnancy, so what better way than to show you what I eat in a day now that I'm in my third trimester. I talk about why I'm eating certain foods during pregnancy and what foods help boost fertility. As I show you my meals and snacks throughout the day, I also explain why I'm eating them for a healthy pregnancy and why they also support fertility.
    Eating certain types of foods can definitely help boost fertility and also help support a healthy pregnancy. I hope that by showing you examples of specific foods will help you optimize your nutrition whether you're going through fertility treatments, IVF, or your own pregnancy journey.

    Eat liver, steak, butter, eggs, fish.
    Your diet is full of processed stuff, empty carbs, and very low in saturated fat

    Doesn’t eat a proper breakfast and has breakfast around lunchtime🙄
    I thoroughly dislike your content. Under eating in third trimester you need to eat at least 2800 calories love

      Have you ever been pregnant? I’m not sure why you watched my video if you don’t like my content..I’ve never understood this
      Little do you know that being pregnant was very hard for me and nothing sounded good! Low appetite and only sweets sounded tolerable. Proud I was able to stomach food 3rd trimester. Baby boy came out very healthy at 37 weeks and 21 inches long!!!

    O never stop drinking coffee you are allowed cup a day especially after first 3 months over

    I've been struggling with water intake🙈 but so far a manage atleast 7 glasses a day. I try and control my sweets intake to once a week, its hectic🤦🏾‍♀️ after watching this video, I'm definitely over eating🤣 I'll try do better 🙆🏽‍♀️

      7 glasses of water is great! Nice job!! And remember that everyone’s different! Everyone’s body needs different amounts of calories, especially during pregnancy. So please please don’t compare yourself to me! Just keep listening to your body and doing what’s best for YOU! I know you’re doing a great job!👏🤗❤️

    Hola! I started following your journey when I started my IVF treatment. I´m so happy for you, in the final stretch! Thanks for sharing it with us. I´m happy to announce that I´m pregnant too :D Now waiting for our first ultrasound on the 27th. Mine is a high risk pregnancy because I´m almost 41 and also I have various autoimune disorders with diabetes t1 too. So managing my glucose feels like a full time job! The good thing is that no nausea so far so I hope it stay like this (my mum didn´t have nausea so maybe it´s a genetic thing!). Anyway, this pregnancy thing is definitly a wild ride so congrats for making it this far! XO

    Hi dear❤️lots of love to you and to baby 💕 Feb 10th i had my egg retrieval & im feeling very bloated and constipated and my weight got increased 😭😭😭😥for how many days this bloating wil be there dear?

      Not really because I brush my teeth immediately afterwards, but you can always ask your dentist❤️

    This diet seems too low calorie and very joyless. So many sweet things from start to finish and nearly zero veggies and like 4 berries? Bars and shakes and powders, yay. Would also love to see the research on warm lemon water making stim medication in IVF “absorb better”. What?😂 You can’t just say anything….

      How about we let her enjoy what SHE likes to eat, etc? 😂 I usually don't say anything to people but it's HER TH-cam video & you certainly don't have to eat & drink what she does! I actually have seen where warm lemon water can help w stims. Lol. She isn't just saying it just to say it! If you don't agree w or like this video, you can just not watch it & go about your business. 🤷🏻‍♀️ There's no need to be rude for no reason. I quite enjoy all of her videos! Just be kind. There are nicer ways to say things. That's all. 💕💕
