    I would love more videos like this one! Great healthy and simple ideas. Could you do a strictly weekly breakfast, lunch, then dinner video again?

    Another idea for being a busy, tired mama-pregnant or not-is to make bigger batches. For years now, I make 2-3 times as much as we will eat for dinner and then we eat the meal I made for 2-3 nights. My kids just expect it. We are a family of 7 and cook with Whole Foods so this is doable for larger families! It usually just takes a few extra minutes to make more of whatever you’re making. For example, putting in double or triple the amount of chicken, same with rice and same with broccoli and then dinner is made for the next two nights! This may help you to have whole food ready to go when you’re in the season of tiredness and feeling sick. We put our leftovers in glass Tupperware so it’s all super easy to heat up the next night by putting all the dishes in oven to warm up.😊

    We are literally always pregnant at the same time 😅 I have a 6 year old, a 3 year old angel 👼🏻, a 1 year old 🌈, & I am 14 w 5 days with twins

    Love this video! Id really like one of different recipes using eggs. I really don't enjoy eating them unless its quiche. Maybe you can share your top ways to incorporate them daily? And other high proteins snacks/meals!

    Would love how you go through the first trimester and any crockpot/easy meals that helped you manage to make it through!

    Love seeing what you eat in a day! I cook similarly and it’s nice just reminding myself of ideas sometime. The “ingredient meals” like your dinner are always more popular with my kids since they can eat just what they like as opposed to a casserole or soup where it’s all mixed together-usually easier too!
    Video ideas: would really love more discussion about teaching kids intuitive eating. I’ve been working on it myself and notice an improvement for sure with my relationship with food and also eating smaller portions and listening to my fullness cues. I’ve talked about this with my kids (who all have pot bellies) and they still eat till being fuller and in general are just eating more food than they need. I’m not sure how to limit it without create diet restriction rules. We eat all healthy organic, fermented, from scratch, Whole Foods

    I have no pregnancy cravings but I have a total pregnancy aversion to eggs which sucks since eggs are so good for you. Any other protein sources for breakfast you would recommend. Now I do protein shake for breakfast 1 and then low sugar greek yogurt with half a cup of high protein keto cereal for snack but I really want to diversify my breakfast ideas.

    Thanks for sharing! Do you have any recommendations for first trimester foods when you were feeling sick? I for example I usually love eggs and suddenly can’t even look at them 🤢.
