I got my copy of the album on Friday, the song dropped exacty one week ago, and that chorus has STILL not left my head.

She slayed, an extension of monster mixed with naughty. Smooth and dark and just beautiful vocals. Then the whole switchup...yin yang, duality, hit both ends of the spectrum but pure redvelevt boiled down to their essence. Red and velvet.

yt blocked this comment for some reason, weird... but yes i agree, the dark really fit, then the flip to a light song shows off her abilities. I have listened to her album so many times now, and i still think dead man running is my favorite but Anywhere but Home is growing on me hard
I feel indifferent towards the song 🤔 I like that it's unique of a song and the minimal vibe on the verses but it's not as catchy for me, the looks she served were great plus visuals and choreo were great too.
The songs I took from the album were Anywhere But Home and Bad Boy, Sad Girl, those 2 have been on constant repeat 🤟😤🤟. Not to put women against each other BUT her solo debut was much better than Wendy and Joy 👀
I like that the album is different enough that it's ok if someone doesn't care for one song, there is a different one that might. I agree on solos from RV, but I think I'm very bias towards seulgi and this style of music
