SM has been knocking it out of the park with the MV trailers for their artists the last 2 years. Extremely cinematic and gave heavy A24 film vibes. They did similar styles for Aespa's Drama trailers and Red Velvet's Chill Kill trailer..they were really dark, ominous, haunting, and thrilling!
The title track is everything. What a statement to make as a solo debut. (Los Angeles is my 2nd favorite song on the album) I love the way that the production made so much space for her vocals. She was 28 when this came out - and the song is her dark side saying "you are who you are because of me, too. You need me)

The effect on Seulgi vocals during some of the stages I believe what they're doing is Sidechaining. So the levels of her vocals are tied to the levels of another sound.
This EP is a masterpiece & along with Unlock my World (Fromis_9) are probably the 2 best kpop albums in the last 5 years and while both did well neither got the recognition or attention they truly deserve! Los Angeles is my favorite track on the album!
Her DUALITY!!! Seulgi is our favorite big-hearted softie among Main Dancers in all of K-Pop, the heart-and-soul of the group, the teddy-bear of Red Velvet. And then she does THIS! ("I'll Kiss Your Brother" like WHAAAAT!?) lol I love her ALMOST as much as I love her bestie, Wendy. But I love all the members.
We need seulgi to be in a sexy thriller movie from park chan wook. Would be awesome. Also she wrote dead man running and I think she mentioned its her favorite song on the album so that is probably why she is feeling it so hard during those performances.
After you listen to 28 Reasons, you realize what an integral part of Red Velvet's sound she is.

While 28 Reasons is fantastic, Anywhere But Home killed it for me, followed very closely by Los Angeles.
