Wildside is part of their Japanese album that is coming out next week and they released the song a bit before it. ITZY did the same thing with Voltage. The Japanese album was actually supposed to be out earlier this year, but got delayed.
BTW if you want an extra song to do with Purple Kiss's song, they released a performance video for Illusion, which the intro song for their latest album.
I loved both of these songs.. they always kill it.. the itzy song was badass too! I like Japanese songs from kpop groups, it's always a lil different than their normal stuff...
I saw that it was an intro performance, I have it on the list to check out with their new single, good looking out! PK is one of my fave new groups, I've been thoroughly impressed with everything they have done so far

YES! I was wondering when you would upload the RV reaction~! Feel My Rhythm is definitely a grower for me, the video was the coolest more artistic thing they have ever done, but the song wasn't instantly addictive like their previous singles were for me, it's not my favorite but I enjoy it, the album was pretty cool too, I think overall I just prefer the Queendom era both for single and bsides because those were all instant earworms for me but I'm sure with more time I'll be loving this album more and more. Wildside was very cool, I guess this was their obligatory "we're a girl group and we gotta do a cat burgalar steal some jewelry concept" that GGs usually do, which I don't hate. Also I'm happy their still trying to promote over in japan, Girls' Generation heavily promoted over there and released many albums and had Japan tours/concerts where as f(x) did only 3 songs spaced heavily apart over the years and they were just japanese versions of their korean hits, so it's nice RV are kinda getting decent promotions for the japanese market. It's a happy medium between their 2 older sister groups.
I agree, feel my rhythm is a sleeper, it gets better every time you hear it.. I've only listened thru the album once so far, so I can't compare to previous albums, but Queendom is hard to beat.
I like when groups do Japanese songs too, its usually a different vibe, and I love the variety when they do

Bach with kpop and then a jazz lounge fare done rv style. Gotta say they've never looked better than this comeback. I mean yes irene is the original visual but damn they all went to that space. They got me to take a break from twice, that's how good these songs have been.
Redvelvet is completely unique in music, not just kpop.

Chris and I are usually on the same page of what songs we might want to check out everyweek on the channel, so we havent had too many times we couldnt do a reaction because one of us listened to it already... it does suck having to wait for almost a week when things are released on mondays, but it is what it is lol
I agree they all look amazing, Seulgi is my bias in the group and prolly my ult bias wrecker in all of kpop, but they all shined here. I also agree that they are unique no matter what genre. Their uniqueness is very nuanced and experimental, but not in your face, so the more you lsiten to them the more the uniquness stands out.
I believe Irene could kill with her looks lol
