Dude, you really are awesome! That looks like such hard work but you persevere rather than relying on others to do it for you. Incredible, you’re a real inspiration.
You do an fantastic job of explaining and demonstrating what you’re doing. You’re an excellent teacher. Thank you for taking your time to make very helpful videos.
You’re extremely amazing 😉 I was once engaged to a man who was paraplegic. By the way, compelled me to go on TH-cam for inspiration because I hadn’t never been with a man who was paralyzed. I discovered the difference between quadriplegic and paraplegic, then I discover that my ex fiancé was totally dependent by choice, after a year of planning our wedding it was called off by him, his feelings were that I was “bossy” because I would try to encourage him to be more independent and live life. He’s never done any of his ADL”s on his own, he’s never tried to transfer himself from the wheelchair at all, nor did he try to dress himself, this cause a lot of frustration for the both of us, clearly we were not blending well as it relates to living your best life with whatever inabilities you may have or not have. Basically, he chose being alone over being connected with a companion.
Thanks! Sorry to hear about that. Becoming 100% independent has been my goal ever since waking up in the hospital almost 4 years ago and I think 2019 is the year that I'll reach my goal.
You're very tall, which makes it more difficult. I'm 6' - 2" and I usually have my wife helping me with jeans. I'm mostly bedridden now and I stay in shorts most of the time. I dread putting on jeans or tight fitting clothes. Thanks for sharing Mason, you're an inspiration!

Mad props to to you. Jeans are hard to get on no matter what. I think you do a better job than I do, and all my limbs are functioning. Lol! I'm loving all the videos. :)
No, because the stomach bulges out, also known as "quad belly," since the stomach muscles are paralyzed so nothing is holding your internal organs in. You could use an abdominal binder under your shirt to prevent that if you want.

Is there any exercise that you do for abs or stomach? Cause mine bulges out.... And what about the thighs?

You should try sweats or joggers
I wore sweatpants for a little bit but then my bottom began sweating which I didn't know was possible.
I thought you don’t sweat below injury level
@@danielrusin1944 That's what I was told but that's apparently false.
