I have been a quad for 35 years and have been watching your videos with interest. You never stop learning and/or relearning how to do things. When I use a regular toothbrush I hold it the way you do. One thing that will help a lot over the years is using a good electric toothbrush. We use our teeth for a lot of things others don't and need to take extra care of them and I find the Sonicare toothbrush has been a great thing for me. If you use the adl cuff from your eating video with the hard plastic base that only holds narrower handled silverware it will hold a Reach Access or Listerine flossing device. They are a stick that holds replaceable floss heads. With the flosser in my cuff I can floss. And being able to floss again allowed me to have to quit using sensitive toothpaste and has really done a lot for my dental health. I also cover the front of my shirt with a towel or I dribble toothpaste all over me. There is another guy who does how he does things videos and shared how he puts his mouthwash in a water bottle with a pull top. I learned a lot form that one! Sure makes it easier to get the mouthwash out. Keep up the great work!

Hahaha I was thinking the same thing! We have to save money somehow, right? Lol I do a bowel program every night, but I cannot do that on my own yet. Eventually I am going to get some tools to do it on my own. Thanks for interacting and that subscription!
