I installed a new unit in my maytag
Ice tray was to full, cubes stuck together so I adjusted the water set screw 1/2 turn left. That seems to have fixed it.
So if you want more water turn to the right.
Left is less.
So there.

Having twice in my home owning experience had an ice maker flood my kitchen, I have sworn off of them, and just use ice cube trays.

my ice maker needs 115 volts but Kenmore fridge only provides 107.9 Volts, is there any place in fridge which can increase the voltage to 115Volts

Check the voltage at the electrical outlet, you might have a wiring problem in your house. If the voltage there is fine (should be around 115V to 120V), then there might be a poor connection in the refrigerator somewhere ...
