Welcome to Linux! For someone just starting out I would suggest Nobara os or Bazzite. Both gaming, optimized and focused distros. And have a lot of fixes and things already in place to get to gaming faster. Definitely try them out and let me know how it goes!
I would like it to be more popular but only the fair to have more gaming support, not as popularas windows. I think if it was as popular as window, linux would start having same practices and issues, like built-in spyware, viruses and malwares. Im not a programmer or professional, btw, i am a normal user
Yeah that's the tough part isn where do we draw the line. As soon as corporate companies start making Linux products we start seeing the same issues as windows. I definitely agree with your thoughts there. I wish there was a happy medium to somehow keep Linux and the programs we typically run open source and not get taken over. Like I said in the video this may just be wishful thinking 😂💯😎
I am trying linux for gaming and I play cs2, what do you think is the best distro? I have try mint but the graphics just seems off
