I know this is Late and will probably not be seen but the reason you died to pengulls at 36:33 Is because the devs gave pengulls a massive hunger pool to ensure they last until the end of winter. Which they will starve right before winter ends. They get very aggressive when their hunger Is low and begin looking for food. They attacked you because their hunger was low. Hope this long winded rant helps.

well good players usually beat Celestial Champion around day 81 casually in a boss run. If it was a speed run to the final boss then you can probably kill CC below day 40. In a boss rush world you mostly unlock everything before day 90 especially items that are unlocked through bosses.

I find it hilarious that more 'efficient' bases are always just a massive pile of random garbage lying on the ground and a nicely organized kitchen. Also the shadow knight is by far the scariest looking in my opinion, the rook is huge sure, and the bishop turns into bats. But the knight is like a paralysis demon you would see slowly creep out of a dark corner.
i loved your rimworld series along w this one. I highly suggest Kenshi, i bet youd make a great survival series in that hahah, i know you love the challenge and management also top tier song selection as always ^^

Defeat an elder god and then get wiped out by penguins on the last days of winter! That is totally a Don't Starve experience. In the single player game penguins were always an annoyance when they spawned near my carefully built base. But the ice spawns were always welcome so it was a trade off.
loving this so much especially because of the background muaic choices. may i aak what song is playing when you fight the ancient guardian around 14:10? it plays after Zero's song in Drkaengard 3 and it sounds so much like Emi Evans (singer of Drakengard 3, Nier Gestalt/Replicant, NieR Automata and Reincarnation) however i dont recognize the song from any of the soundtracks, but i dont have the best memory haha

It’s clear you had played even before making this video, I think it could be fun to watch. I like your video style and while you’re very competent it’s also a chill vibe unlike some of the good dst content creators where it’s all about finishing the game as soon as possible every time and the music you choose imo is top tier I’ve already heard silent hill and nier music and I’m still very early on in the video.
Wanda's glass cannon body is pretty easy to get used to just try to make sure to obtain night armor and be middle age or old age and old age is very beneficial for high damage situations, but scary if you do not know how to kite anyways just use night armor for 95% damage reduction its great for her bc when shes old she gets no penalty from shadow magic... Also her alarming clock range makes it easier to kite

I just stumbled upon this video and when the Nier music started I was shook. That soundtrack just makes me so emotional and having it play over this video I just stumbled across was very funny
A bit of probably unintentional theming, the big strong character who newbies would likely be drawn to is difficult to succeed with, so smart new players learn to look for more balanced toolsets. But then when players become very good at the game, they realize that they can ignore/overcome Mr strong’s weaknesses so now the dumb guy is played by all the most skillful players.
