*YOURS is the ONLY Keto recipe channel that I trust for truly doable, delicious keto recipes.* Others promise the moon -- but deliver mostly mediocre, or worse, horribly disappointing, inedible results -- that waste my precious time and expensive keto ingredients. Will definitely try this. NOTE: I did try it. Doubled the recipe. I suggest a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor. WONDERFUL and super easy clean-up. Tastes like the real thing made with regular sugar. BE CAREFUL: It is so delicious you will be tempted eat a huge bowl of it. Allulose can cause digestive upset in some people.

I made vanilla ice cream last night. I ordered vanilla bean powder from amazon and used about a quarter teaspoon of that along with a half teaspoon of vanilla extract. Next time, I'll add more vanilla bean powder. I couldn't wait to try it... I haven't had any decent ice cream in more than two years. I ended up eating about half of it after lunch today! It's been so long since I had anything as good as this. And it was so easy to make. 5 stars all the way. Kudos for this wonderful recipe.

I see a lot of comments regarding using different sweeteners. The reason allulose is a good sweetener is it doesn’t freeze so it keeps ice cream soft the same as cane sugar. Alcohol also can help to keep ice cream soft, but. Not always good for keto. So you can use other sweeteners but you will have to remember to pull out of the freezer to temper before scooping or get yourself a Ninja creami that does work.

Love the simplicity of your recipe 🍨All I need is some liquid allulose. Have this top of the line Cuisinart ice cream machine that I have only used erythritol and stevia with (too many crystals). So it has largely sat idle for a long time . Will test out your simple recipe next summer ☺ mid winter here at the moment.

I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m pretty confident that you can make liquid allulose by adding hot water to allulose until the allulose is completely dissolved.
My guess is liquid allulose is way more concentrated than a 1:1 or 1:2 simple syrup.

I do make my own. I add 1 cup allulose to one cup water and boil it for 10 minutes. I keep it in a mason jar and it lasts a long time (unless I make a lot of ice cream). 😉

@@anewdawn3700 I just checked: the commercial version is 4g of carbohydrates (= allulose) in 5g of liquid.

Chiming in with YES IT's ICE CREAM. It sounds like it will be just frozen whipped cream, but it isn't. Ya know how you have frozen whipped cream and it isn't as cold-cold as ice cream? This is cold-cold, creamy ice cream. For some different flavors, I'm using packets of sugar-free drink mix; use 1-to-2 packets depending on how strong you want your flavor. Extracts really aren't enough to flavor it, and too much extract just takes on a mediciney alcohol taste. Made a chocolate one with 1/4+ cup cocoa powder, it's amazing.

Vanilla paste? I used vanilla extract a liquid that contains alcohol the alcohol prevents the frozen cream from crystallizing. That’s the first thing I see to create a problem.
Next problem- the liquid allulose you used has 3 ingredients, I linked in my description box the liquid allulose that’s 100% liquid allulose. That was problem two.
The “it’s just” allulose was a good pick but the other 2 things are likely why it re crystallized
