    God bless you Victoria, my son who had psychosis due to seizures in the frontal lobe, and now he is fine; thanks to your recipes, I have been making them to keep him in the keto diet, and it has worked wonders, he is now studying engineering and I see him smile everyday, no more isolation nor paranoia. For those who have a loved one or are trying keto for themselves, I would like to add that it wasn't a straight walk up the hill, there were ups and downs, sometimes the symptoms got worse before getting better, but some we were able to handle and others with the doctor's supervision we were able to control.     What a sweetie you are!! Thank you for your work! I’ve been baking for close to 40 years. Mastered sourdough after 2 decades, only to have to lay it down for my health. Baking was the one thing I enjoyed, and the one talent I was good at. It is a blessing to me to be able to bake again, and enjoy my life long passion. Thank you young lady!!

    I made biscuits today with your new flour recipe. I used an old biscuit recipe that I thought I’d never make again, used your flour and my favourite keto sweetener, and “oh my word” they are just like the real thing! Thank you Victoria!

      Yes, I measured 1 for 1…For my biscuits I needed 2 cups of flour so I measured the same amount of Victoria’ flour mix. It worked perfectly!

    I make a cheesecake that calls for 3Tbsp of flour. It's my absolute favorite, ever. I substituted your flour and nobody knew it wasn't my non keto cheesecake. Family ate it all!

      @@TheSongbird62 just the New York times cheesecake, you can Google it, made with allulose and Victoria's flour. Instead of their Graham cracker crust I have used DH keto brownie mix and Catalina crunch cinnamon toast cereal chopped in my nutribullet and dusted around the edges of my 10" springform pan. You can also just go crustless.

    Having been duped by many, many claims of "tastes just like..." from TH-cam Keto channels, I was skeptical about this. Well, I tried it with my wife's banana bread recipe (seriously the best banana bread ever) and was pleasantly surprised by the result. I can't say it tastes exactly like banana bread made with real sugar and flour, but it is very close. The texture is a little lighter, but your flour mixture is a 10/10 for me! Thank you for sharing.

    I used this Perfected Keto Flour recipe as a shortbread base, topped it with Carolyn Ketchum's Carmel Sauce from her book (that sauce is otherworldly), and chopped pecans. Omgosh heavenly. The flour made the base delicious. It actually came out like a pie crust, but next time I will add a little more melted butter. I know it will be perfect. Thank you Victoria.

    Love this flour. Made biscuits and gravy. Still perfecting. The one great thing I noticed was 1 biscuit was so filling and satisfying. It is what I have been needing and missing on the Keto/IF/Fasting diet for diabetes. My gut has had to adjust to the oat fiber, so don't eat too much at first. Wonderful thing is I am eating less.

    I’m so happy I found your channel!!! I’m suffering from post long Covid vaccination syndrome. I will make up this flour and pray me husband will make food for me with it. I literally have lost my life. I can barely walk from one room to another. I’m praying that through keto and natural remedies I can regain my life. The MANY doctors have not been able to give any results. Thank you. God bless

      so sorry to hear your troubles from the jab. So many have had issues from it. Praying you gain some help with a less inflamatory diet. Have you considered a carnivore diet for a time to just limit most foods for a while & see how it goes? Many people with health issuse have found it really helped them. God bless you.

    Those cinnamon rolls are the best! Can't wait to try your other recipes. Thank you Victoria. I made a keto version of a "Holy smokes" cake with your SR Flour.
    Crust :SR flour, butter, pecans, egg
    Bake 350 for 12 mins, cool.
    Filling 1: cream cheese, allulose, fold in whipped heavy cream
    Filling 2: SF pudding instant, ( I used pistachio) unswt almond milk
    Top with crushed pecans..
    Chill and serve. Feel free to share it, it's delicious!

    I use arrowroot powder in my breading and I like it. When you said there is a new ingredient, I knew it would be arrowroot powder and prayed it won't be gelatine.

    Hi Victoria! I literally have everything in my pantry to make this flour, yes even the arrowroot flour (which I use to thicken gravy, teriyaki sauce & even soups) A little goes a long way😁

    Hi Victoria. I started keto several weeks ago and just came upon your channel two days ago. My question is Amazon is not selling the “bulk supplement egg white protein powder. They are referring you directly to the bulk supplement store. There they are selling their egg protein powder 2.2 pounds for $122.00.     I have sat and cried my eyes out everything I ate tasted awful I've been living on egg sausage and bacon

    Thank you so much for this recipe. A tip for mixing flours together evenly and easily is to use a large balloon whisk in a large bowl and stir. Someone with arthritis may find it difficult to shake the box.

    Victoria, I used this yesterday, (actually I made a double batch of this and made cookies and then mixed it in with an older batch that didn't have arrowroot but did have one of the gross oat fibers) to make tortillas wraps. Your flour, butter and salt. Even the ones I overcooked were delicious and NONE of them broke. I know you have a recipe for tortillas but I just pulled up a "regular" one to try. (Hubbs works in a restaurant thst makes their own tortillas fresh so I wanted to try something similar.) You are incredible!

    Did you/have you tried glucomannan, or konjac, in place of xantham gum? I think of it as being more expensive or harder to get… somehow… so have never tried it at all. Given the small amount it would use (I think…🤷‍♀️) I wouldn’t mind paying extra if the texture is improved. The texture I get with your flour is beautiful, but I think the xantham gum I’m now using has a more slippery texture than whatever brands Ive used previously.

    Hi Victoria! I love your channel! Im excited to try this recipe. I’m from Canada & it’s quite challenging to find some of these ingredients. I can’t seem to find the two brands of oat fibre you recommend. They are “currently unavailable” even on the US Amazon. I bought Anthony’s which is usually a good brand, but is it one of the ones you found had an awful smell /taste? If anyone else has feedback I’d appreciate it. Thanks!

    What about just plain egg white powder? I wish I could use something other than almond flour for the bulk of this, mainly because using it so much has made me get a bit itchy. Maybe pecan?

    I know there are new versions of flour. I made a batch of this flour because the oat fiber I bought I didn't like. So I thought maybe using this recipe that has more Almond Flour would tone the taste. Now, anyone know how to use this flour blend in the bread machine?

    When I found your channel I was apprehensive. But I decided to give you a try. Your flour recipe has changed my life. I went from struggling to stay on my diet because I wasn’t seeing results. I wasn’t happy with the way things tasted. I would end up throwing in the towel numerous times because I just couldn’t stand to put the work into making something, struggle to eat one piece then in the trash it went.     Has anyone swapped the Arrowroot flour for coconut flour? I want to use what I have. Also I am sensitive to Nuts and Almonds are but but Coconut is not… do you have a recipe for people with Nut allergies that uses Coconut flour please? Lupin flour is a legume and that can also be a problem. Thank you in advance of any help offered.. ❤

    I made a sheet cake with your recipe for the 4th of July and put berries on for a flag design. It turned out beautiful and tasted delicious, my husband even commented that it could be a cake in a high end restaurant. Best cake I ever had!!! I wish I could send a picture. Thank you Victoria!❤

    If you are idiopathic, ask your Nero about Dilantin. Wife was diagnosed at age 4, after a long bout of different drugs she settled on Dilantin and has been free since age 21. It is an old drug but very effective.
    As for the flour, I will try it and let you know if I get a glucose spike.

    Omg, this makes the perfect chaffle….used basic recipe of 1 egg, 1/2 cup grated cheese, 1 tablespoon your flour, salt and 1/2 tsp baking powder ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    I live in Poland in Europe. We do not have allulose here (it is not approved for use) and we do not have the exact brands of products you used. I ordered the available brands and made your keto flour. We will see if it will be good for baking.❤❤❤

    Is there any reason you aren't simply using gluten in your flour mixture?

    Do u have a recipe for chocolate chip cookies from this new flour can't find it can u link if or make a video on making chocolate chip cookies thanks i would prefer a crispy cookie but just not chewy if crispy is not possible there r hundreds of them thanks for all your hard work..

    I like you, so I subscribed. Your willingness to stay with your vision while you faced such challenges with epilepsy really touched my heart. My brother suffered terribly during his lifetime from brain tumors and siezures. A part of his suffering was that we had nothing but harsh drugs back then. I am so glad keto has cured you.     I just wanna say i really am so thankful for finding your channel and im gonna try tomorrow ur recipe from feburary. If it as good as u state i feel like you are making a huge impact on society and how well gonna eat in 20 years as a sugar reduced flour recipe is game changing for all diets. This is insane.       I just wanted to mention - if you want to grow the channel it is important to have a keto flour mix that a lot of people can try. This last addition could be the best tastewise but you should mention to the people they can still use the old version for pretty good results! As more people will engage with the content as they try the more you can grow your channel.
      Id love to see a naan/roti (indian fladbread) recipe with your flour. That would be awesome!

    Thank you for sharing your recipe with us. I can’t wait to try this. I have to got on a keto diet to heal my liver because I have to get away from eating a lot of cars and sugar because it is causing damage to my liver as ai am not able to exercise a lot because of a bad back, herniated disk in my neck and rheumatoid arthritis through my whole body and I am trying to find way to help my self and loose weight.     Dear Victoria ~ I held off commenting until I had actually used your flour. I'm still using this iteration as I have oat fiber to finish before I buy something else (the bamboo flour). I made my Mom's orange cookies subbing this flour for the white flour and Swerve brown sugar sub for the regular brown sugar. They taste EXACTLY as I remember them. These cookies are more like scones in texture, and with your flour they were still moist, and not gritty or off tasting at all. I did have to adjust the time/temp and I think that is probably due to the sugar sub, not the flour. Went from 350/11 minutes to 325/13 minutes. I'm going to try a pie crust next so will keep you posted about the time/temp thing. Also, going to use this to make sausage gravy and as a coating for chicken fried steak, so fingers crossed and I'll keep you posted. Also, I watched your other video and it cleared up a little confusion for me regarding measurements in so far that GRAMS is used to make the flour itself, but regular CUPS are used to make a recipe WITH the flour. Thank you for clearing that up and for sharing this white flour sub with all of us! Bless you, dear girl!

    In order to use this flour up so I can make the New Standard Keto Flour, I made a batch of baked donuts using the King Arthur recipe. I substituted this flour for the wheat flour, allulose and erythritol brown sugar for cane sugar, and erythritol & cinnamon to dust them. They are very light, fluffy and delicious! I baked them in a small countertop oven which tended to burn the outside before they were completely done inside, so I think some adjustments might be needed for baking time/temperature.

    As someone who tried to make almond bread last night, but ended up with a savory sponge cake (Failed experiment), i appreciate the insights you have given me. My only concern is cost to buy the right ingredients, especially if i am from the UK and need to find the british/Europe equivalants of the ones you used in the video. My end goal is to have keto based bread for bacon sandiwches and buttery toast. Thank you.
