Just curious how is the size comparison/footprint for you? Both are on the bigger side for ITX, but feel also more future proof due to rising gpu sizes obviously. What do you like the most of the C4 ?
Overall i actually have more space inside this smaller case. I opted for the front mounted PSU for better cable clearance, because i have the Loki 1000w SFX-L

For anyone trying to replicate this build BUT going with the value route of the 5800X3D, please do note that this is an AM4 chip and as such you will need an AM4 board. If you grab the same board as in the video it will not work! You will also need DDR4 RAM instead of DDR5, unless someone makes an abomination AM4 that takes DDR5.
I'm waiting for the 3rd batch of the C4 to ship so the timing of this build video has me HYPED. Going to be so satisfying transferring my build to this case!
MSRP is an irrelevant figure. Hardware never retails for that anymore. And as Nvidia no longer has any interest in the enthusiast PC market, GPU prices will remain high for the foreseeable future. They are not trying to compete in this space, nor trying to make their GPUs enticing to PC enthusiasts. We will buy them or we won't. They don't care, they're only interested in the AI market as that's what's buttering their bread now.

I really think you're untouched on the internet as someone who can really go indepth on different devices and have an opinion worth trusting. Dan's C4 SFX definitely one of the most versatile ITX case but unfortunately all these AIB RTX 4090 cards are too long or huge for the case unless AIB start shrinking down that oversized heatsink. I was also wondering and watching your video till the end whether the RTX 4080 Gaming Trio fit into the case? I'm on the Lian Li A4 H20 instead due to preference of smaller size case. I am also using the SF750 for my RTX 4090 Suprim X Liquid ... no issue at all. But of course I went for the optional Corsair 12VHPWR cable in order not to stress the cable when closing the case.
This build rocks. Would a 4090 FE fit? I was also looking for a Fractal Terra built but the watts of the cpu must be reduced by 20 for the low-profile cooler to work. It would be great to compare the noise/CPU performance of that tiny built to this one

I know this is an old video and my comment may never be read, but the intro was epic and I saw an opportunity to add some smoke maybe the last moment when u hit the power button. Having the black background could have easly showed the effect smoke getting sucked in. And ejected. The intro was building for something crazy but it ended simple anyway. I loved it.

Absolutely amazing case! I moved my setup from the NR200P into this amazing case about 2 weeks ago.

Man it still kills me that 4080 msrp is 1200. Imagine if it were 700 like the 3080. Then this build would feel more attainable

In Ireland, this whole rig costs €2948 ($3224). And that's excluding the case and custom cable. Crying right now 😢
