Fact vs truth. The fact is Rama sends Sita to the forest. The truth is he wants to prove to his people that he is not only King but his wife, Sita, is also pure. Rama created an Utopian state in the history of Humanity . It was known as Ram Rajya. It can't be possible without trust of common people. He did everything to gain the trust of people. This is rare even in a Democracy.

Secondly, Sita lived a dignified life in the the ashram of Valmiki. Nowhere it is mentioned that she was resentful and hateful towards his husband. She was an accomplished Yogini by the end and attained Mahasamadhi on her own. She was celebrated for that also.

Thirdly, Rama when went to take Samadhi in Saryu River , she was chanting Sita's name. As she became an inspiration for Rama.

12:10 For the comment from that 3rd guy, "he also had a personal life and should not have left her in such condition". I would say even in today's world also there are numerous such cases around that people sacrifice their families for their duties. Like one in merchant navy can't come home for at least 6 months, or in army, or in any defence service and put their lives on risk. Or say the respectable doctors who have put their lives on risk fighting corona virus outbreak they also would have family issues for sure, but you all see still how it goes like, they could have also ran back or left towards their personal interests, but they are standing tall and I am proud of them. They did it on a one level he did it on other level and that's it. Ram being a king was nowhere bound to his duties if we take it in other angle, but he still thought of his people first and considered his concern towards them as an act of duty. He was not like the rulers of the current generation. He was different that's why he didn't thought about his family first and thought all about his people. And that's why we admire him and rest why is superbly explained by sadhguru ji himself. You must understand this.

My personal observation regarding creation of world through my education:
    1. According to Einstein " energy can neither be created nor be destroyed it can be transferred from one form into another AND the total energy of universe remain constant.
    2. Energy converted into mass (probably smallest unit of atoms) E=mc^2
    3. Atoms reacted further to create more new atoms.
    4. And process going on
    5. Big bang happened.
    6. Then theory of evolution happened.
Energy I mentioned in first step is shiva.
