They have found a submerged city in the gulf of khambhat. But we are not sure that, that city is in fact Dwaraka. And even if it is Dwaraka, it only proves that the city existed and nothing more.

I have studied the Mahabharat quite a bit, there is not one instance or one manuscript where the Agyatvas year came immediately after their escape from Varnavat. It was moronic for her to say that, maybe she said it by mistake. For a credible source check out Ami Ganatra, probably the most credible and rational source to get information on both the epics. You gotta do some research before blindly calling someone out.

First if our epics like Ramayan/Mahabharat etc who were written by great sages to that microlevel of details of exact location which she accepted that we still call them with same names.. then cant she accept that there might be great powerful weapons/mantras flying chariots, people flying and forming into gigantic shapes at will was not true? Because probably they would have not have found it yet.... Academic background is very important my friend... We will not say i wanna hear the opinion of someone who's not a surgeon when we are talking about surgery.. Archeology requires archeologists... Mythology requires mythologists.. two different academic backgrounds
One thing should be noted if settlement at one place is continuous how can you excavate that place. structures and architecture of that place can be modified continuously with time span. The problem of Indian archeologist is, they follow western frame work which is being applied to dead civilization. Western Dristi/frame work is not universal. Archeology is branch to determine existence and age of any settlement at any particular place. But how can it only the way to decide time line of historical events. Archeology is just one tool out of many. Particular civilization demands combinations of different tools. Don't apply western Frame work blindly.

Assumptions upon assumptions upon assumptions. When BB Lal did his work....how much of Hastinapur did he look at. How deep did he dig? How deep COULD you even dig in 1950 limited by ur technology of that time. For her to say it's "iron clad" is very assumptive. Archeologists do not know everything there is to know even archeological speaking as they have not done enough exhaustive research yet. The Indian Ocean lies unexplored where many settlement sites are still underwater. Lots of politics lots of covering up I'm sure. But the truth is the truth and it will come out one day.

Mahabharat seems like a mix of fiction and reality. For example, the story of Jaidrath Vadh Arjuna had to kill Jaidrath in a way that his head should be dropped in Jaidrath's Father's lap. First of all, it seems impossible to use an arrow that could carry a head and even if assumed at that time, how could Arjuna have found Jaidrath's Father's location. Even if he knew the location then was it guaranteed that his father would be in sitting position at that time. If you use your mind to think about any story of Mahabharat and then it only seems a work of fiction not reality.
It may not be out of context to observe that after a long and detailed study for some 10 years by a dedicated group of people can the subject be spoken. Finding archeological evidence 5000 years ago is very difficult.

First if our epics like Ramayan/Mahabharat etc who were written by great sages to that microlevel of details of exact location which she accepted that we still call them with same names.. then cant she accept that there might be great powerful weapons/mantras flying chariots, people flying and forming into gigantic shapes at will was not true? Because probably they would have not have found it yet.... One thing should be noted if settlement at one place is continuous how can you excavate that place. structures and architecture of that place can be modified continuously with time span. The problem of Indian archeologist is, they follow western frame work which is being applied to dead civilization. Western Dristi/frame work is not universal. Archeology is branch to determine existence and age of any settlement at any particular place. But how can it only the way to decide time line of historical events. Archeology is just one tool out of many. Particular civilization demands combinations of different tools. Don't apply western Frame work blindly.
How did she know Hastinapur said in Epics used to called Hastinapur back those days? Harappan language we are not able to decode yet. Sanskrit was not language that time.
It was after the Harappan period (bronze age) according to her in the (so iron age) when most of the north Indian subcontinent spoke sanskrit.

I don't know if this time period is based on Vedic calendar or English calendar. I guess it must be based on the Vedic calendar time frame.

Archeaology is clearly one branch of estimating the time. Another way is looking at astronomy as described in ancient texts. Stalwarts like Lokmanya Tilak have used this approach.

For example, the story of Jaidrath Vadh
Arjuna had to kill Jaidrath in a way that his head should be dropped in Jaidrath's Father's lap.
First of all, it seems impossible to use an arrow that could carry a head and even if assumed at that time, how could Arjuna have found Jaidrath's Father's location. Even if he knew the location then was it guaranteed that his father would be in sitting position at that time.
If you use your mind to think about any story of Mahabharat and then it only seems a work of fiction not reality.
And what if we find the tunnel in future? Or what if the tunnel was created in the laksha gruha itself?

We know that the Harappans were quite advanced for the time period but Mahabharat talks about celestial weapons, Gods and heroes. There has been no scientific evidence ever found about those.
