I used this hack but am facing problem about resolution. When u see preview or photo image u come to know camera picks smartphone resolution ur file may 30 mb or 40 mb. My all photo goes west. I cannot crop or no best resolution😢

Yes you can record video and monitor yourself, about viewing your gallery I'm not so sure. But I think you can with your native camera app :)

There doesn't seem to be a consistent or reliable way of using your phone as a field monitor. It seems like something that should be relatively simple, but it isn't apparently. It would be incredibly useful for so many people and would save people so much money. Bummer.
