The same reason why pros dont seem to run fast when they are running super fast. What it matters when you look at it is both the fluidity and the stride, more about the stride really tho. Faster runners have a stronger and longer stride, imagine if i push x amount of force but he can push 3 times that then when he pushes x amount it will seem easier for him, also when the force is greater your stride is longer and if its fluid enough it seems easier then it actually is. Tried to explain as best as i can in a short comment. Also its a treadmill, i look quite different myself running on a treadmill or outdoors.
