This video got recommended to me, which means it is reaching a new audience. I watched a bit of your video, and I'd like to share a few pointers that you can improve immediately: 1. Audio and lip mismatch: Go through the entire video once the export is done to ensure synchronization. 2. Add some cuts. Whenever you stop talking or look away, try adding some cuts, keeps the viewers engaged. 3. Try to talk about the viewers more, Talk more about what they will gain from the video. From start to finish, keep the message consistent and in between, add your experiences, challenges, and solutions. 4. Talk like you're talking to a friend. Imagine he or she is in front of you. Be laid-back and a bit chill, but with confidence. Baaki sab to badhiya hai, thumbnail and title bhi accha tha is video ka. You're already ahead of a lot of people and you're already doing well. All the best for your challenge.

Thank you for the feedback! It's great to hear that you like my thumbnails and titles. I appreciate your advice on editing and communication skills-those are definitely areas I’m working on improving. Congratulations on starting your own TH-cam channel! It sounds like you have a solid plan in place. Let’s keep pushing ourselves to get better every day. Best of luck with your channel, and thanks again for the encouragement!
Hey please don't mind but your channel could benefit from some representational motion graphics editing, faster paced structured videos and most importantly higher volume because you speak too softly and I couldn't hear you half of the time. And your how-to search based videos tend to do well. Also focus on quality more than quantity.
Thank you for the constructive feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed suggestions. I'll definitely look into incorporating more representational motion graphics and improving the pace and structure of my videos. I’ll also work on adjusting the volume and speaking more clearly. It's great to hear that the how-to search-based videos are resonating well, so I'll keep that in mind. Focusing on quality over quantity is excellent advice. Thanks again for your insights!
hey, i am also taking this challenge from today onwards, i have a similar story like you, i have scaled my Pinterest account to 12 million audience but on youtube i am really means really struggling to get youtube to even show my video to people, i think lets do it together, i am saving this video so that after six months i can come and comment whether or not i have done my job which is to upload 100 videos and improving something each time. today is 8th july 2024, who else is committing ? with date take the pledge...
tips 1. engagement 2. thumbnail and title 3. upload two to three videos in a week equal days with same days and time consistently 4. make videos around the trending topics but don't hurt your content or nish. 5. see your competitors videos topics and make some videos on the same topic. 6. give some valuable and short content in your long video with an engagement. 7. there are so many factors to grow on TH-cam find it in your nish.
Utube is the most shit platform for growth. It only serves to Mr.Beast and ignores everyone. If u look at big content creators in utube shorts( not long), u will be amazed by the ratio btw long views vs short views. That's why no smart guy starts his/her utube journey from long, and everybody, really everybody starts from shorts and mist of the time will fail in long.
I understand your frustration, and it’s true that growing on TH-cam can be challenging. The platform has evolved, and the dynamics between Shorts and long-form content have created different pathways to success. Many creators find Shorts to be a great way to gain visibility quickly, but transitioning to long-form content is a different game altogether. However, success on TH-cam often comes down to persistence, understanding your audience, and consistently delivering value. While it might seem like only the big names get the spotlight, many creators have found their niche and built strong communities over time. Keep experimenting, learning, and adapting your content strategy. Every creator’s journey is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all formula for success.
@@socialvoyagebyshru also if possible watch videos on proper studio lighting and studio makeover it will definitely improve production quality and give you advantage over other small creators
You're absolutely right! Each platform has its own unique algorithm and strategies that work best. Understanding and adapting to these differences is key to success. Thanks for sharing your insight! 🙌

I think main reason here is for you.
To transfer your energy to your viewers by voice. Work on audio quality. It's feel like disconnected from you.
