- We removed the cat delete/ mid link and servo, to reduce weight and to add more performance to the Gsxr 600 with the black widow full race exhaust. This exhaust will work from 2011 to 2022 Gsxr 600 and 750. Total weight reduction is 3.5 lbs. You will notice the difference in acceleration and power gains.

hey big boss i see you have no radiator guard...i was riding and a i hit a piece of road rock and the rock kicked up into the radiator and poked a hole..so i had a flat tire and a leaking radiator ..the guard is really cheap so its worth having ..i wanna do exhaust on my 750 either arrow or black widow
Quick question. Did you buy the headers with link pipe ? Or without ?. I have the same m4 exhaust as well.
The headers come with the mid link pipe
I love the videos very informative. Quick question the exhaust that you left in the link will it work for my 2022 Gsx r600 cause when i clicked on the link it specified that it was for 750 bikes?
It will work the 600/750 from 2011 to 2023. I installed the same exhaust on my friends 750. The grey 750 on the CRG levers video
Just to make sure I have a 2017 gsxr 600 should I go with the link you posted that brings up the 750 headers or go with the one that says it’s for the 600 or does it not matter?
The one in the link should work I spoke to the people from the actual company and they confirmed.

Hi, do you have to tune air/fuel ratio or do the O2 sensor fix this so the engien dosent go lean?
You have to get the bike tune, the O2 sensor will not fix the air to fuel ratio. Yes your bike will get lean

Yes it will fit your bike. I never had any problem. I decided to up grade now I am selling the full system. You won't be disappointed.

Quick question after installation of the black widow exhaust on my Gsx r600 getting the ecu flashed get rid of the bike running lean ?
It weill run lean. Yes ECU flash and tune is a must after the installation of a full exhaust.
I’m doing all the work myself so any and all information is good I’m looking to get the ecu flashed tuned by Moore mafia being as though I’ve seen them have similar bikes with similar mods and that’s the only reptable place that I know of
@@jodybowen4858 Make sure you provide moore mafia with information as far as what you done to the bike. so they can tune accordinly.
Did you put a servo eliminator and do you unplug the 02 sensor?
Got the harness replaced for the broken iat connector
I removed the servo and got my bike tuned. You can delete your 02 sensor. But make sure you do all this before taking it to your tuner
@@ADRRUSH when because my last bike just had the O2 sensor unplugged, the connector was just kind of visible and the servo had a resistor plugged into it and it just had a power commander it had a full M4 titanium standard right now I just have a R 77 but I’m thinking about getting a mid pipe and just trying to do whatever I can do the best way because I’ve never really dealt with the exhaust
Wondering because I see servo eliminators from $44-$69 so I’m just wondering if a $44 one is just as good
@@RobertDamien8687 You can leave it on if you want but I delete all of mines. It makes your bike a pound lighter.
i am thinking getting these headers. do you think an impaktech crash cage will fit. im concerned about the bar that goes thru the header not being obstructed

@@ADRRUSH thanks for the response again! Last question I have a m4 GP slip on also how was the fitment onto the headers system? i had to do 2 mid pipes and the second one i had to cut and bend a bit to slide the m4 on.
The fitment on the header system was great. I had no issues.

Go to the Black widow website. Search for the year model of your bike. I believe there's two different types but they are very similar

I’m having trouble with the fitment on those headers 1&2 will not fit to connect up towards the back
It's a little tricky but you will get it.
Just put mine on. 1 and 2 definitely trouble at first. I connected each part besides the mid pipe first, put the paste and springs then got the headers straight and bolted that up to the engine. Keep everything loose at the gaskets then put the mid pipe on and tighten
I’ll try it again did you disconnect your radiator cause I left mine on and tried to do everything
@@jodybowen4858 it's easier when you remove your radiator because you have room to work. I started off fitting with all the headers line them up. And Work my way down to the midlink pipe. Once I saw everything was fitted right I work from the mid-link pipe and remove everything up to the headers and start adding the pace from the headers down to the mid-link pipe..
I was trying to avoid taking the radiator off cause I don’t want to mess anything up on the bike to where I can’t put it back together

Those are my top two brands. Suzuki and Kawasaki.
I find Suzuki to be the most comfortable, very reliable, and easy to work on.
Yes very comfortable,extremely reliable & fast as all get out! I bought my 2003 Gixxer 750 brand new & still haven’t had any reason to replace it 🤷♂️

This is an m4 can, because I purchased it at m4 online store. And it has the laser etching on the exhaust. No ebay knockoff here buddy. Lol
@@ADRRUSH No it not Bruddah, there is no bend in a M4 can. Only the knockoffs have that on the GSXR, if that is a real one then you have the 636 can

@@blackrider2926you mean the 600 throttle body or the 750 throttle body. I'm confused. You mean the servo flap on the exhaust? The servo and the flap on the exhaust is no longer needed. Your new exhaust does not need the servo
Not gonna lie, that GSXR molested AF....i got a 2014 750 and it looks fkn MINT! Showroom condition. All original OEM...to each their own
Yes it was molested many times. And it will continue to get molested. 😂. But she a fast AF for a 600 and has hurt lots of feelings. Lol.

What the servo do?
It opens up the flap on the stock exhaust.
