@@UneedTherapist thanks. Not the collective, but was referring to the device on the radio panel..you can see the copilot on the left keeping his left hand on it at 11.30 - 11.40 mark or at the 12.29 mark

i think you mean a collective. It adjusts the lift by adjusting the angle of the rotor blades.
