I like this show a lot because they help families to come together I wish this kind of show was in all countries.
Sometimes when i look at him i feel so bad for him when they asked about his teeth and talk about his obesity. I mean like everyone has insecurities i think he must have felt really insecure too. But i do agree it’s bad of him to not do anything.
Well said. I feel bad for him too honestly. While I do agree he needs to help around the house, he barely gets any sleep. I do hope they both become happy together. In this scenario, I blame no one.

His sleeping and not helping while making his family do errands for him is a problem but the fact that he doesn't even know his daughter's age is even worse
I think he needs to be rescreened by a different doctor, because he is definitely showing signs of narcoleptic episodes. Also, they need serious counseling
Maybe after the show they did. I think this show has resources ready in case. But since we rarely see a follow up with guests we will never know.

My mum and dad would quarrel bc of money. He’s gone now, this year. He died from sudden heart attack, we didn’t get to see him before that. and we didn’t know ANYTHING. and my mum keep cryin & sayin “why didnt I take care of him well” and we, the siblings felt rlly bad, we regret not takin care of him.
sometimes we chose to judge and hate someone without understanding what’s happening in the person mind.
The husband can actually fall asleep in 45 seconds! Even slept through the wife's complaint, then wakes up after his daughter wakes him up😂😂😂 Also sleeps for 2 days and wakes up for food, he should enter a sleeping competition or something 😂

Maybe a 10 hour work day is simply too much for his body. Everyone's limits are different, just because some people can do it and still have energy left over doesn't mean everyone can. Also sleeping for two days straight without waking up doesn't sound like laziness to me. When you are asleep you can hardly make the decision to be lazy.....that is a sign to me that his body was so completely depleted of energy that is simply could't keep going. Almost like a coma. I would go again to a doctor and maybe let his sleep be monitored for longer, maybe he has sleep apnoe or something else that disrupts his sleep and lessens his sleep quality. Because with sleep not only the quantity but also the quality is important. When I look at his schedule objectively I am surprised that they weren't more shocked about it? He said he wakes up at 4:00 o'clock and goes to work at 4:30 o'clock and only comes back at around 20:00 o'clock or 21:00 o'clock. Maybe the translations are off on this? Because if this is true he is 16 hours out of 24 in a day occupied with work or going to work. That is simply insane. Even if he would go to bed immediately he would only get 8 hours or sleep. And that would be if he really just opens the door and walks through the apartment straight to his bed to sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep is often said to be the recommended amount of sleep and although that varies per person I think it is highly likely - considering that he still has to eat and get ready for bed - that he get's maybe 5 hours of sleep per day. If you sleep less than 5 hours for a prolonged period of time you are actually damaging your brain. It can lead to all kinds of serious issues, so please take sleep seriously.
I'm so speechless. Its not that he should try to change its he must change. I feel so bad for his wife and daughters. Your children dosent grow on their own. They need attention and love from both parents . Your family happiness should be a priority.
I like it how very often on this show couples have problems but they still stick together and still love each other.
I agree. but westerners in the comments always scream just get a divorce. Its sad to see. Not even a thought of trying before going to that extreme.
some problems can be resolved but others are more than enough grounds for divorce. the stigma against divorce, single parents, and abortion in east asia combined with traditional gender expectations results in an overwhelming pattern of trapping women especially in unhappy marriages. many of the spouses who appear on this show are only doing so because it's their last resort before separating. i fully support divorce if it will improve their lives
@Rene S they might not be on the show but if it's serious enough or a danger they probably have resources on hand. Like there was a concern where a girl ate nothing but ramen and they sent her to a doctor. If they do have people it's probably more private depending cause of stigma attached

He might have some sleeping disorder, but you don't need to talk about his teeth or obesity. You can see that he was quite sad and when he smiled he tried covering his teeth.

I know how tired is working at construction stuff....since i worked at it, i getting tired so much, and my weight got +10kg from 50kg to 60kg for a year....getting lazy as i come to my dorm...always sleepy and almost get depressed coz everyone complain how i was getting fat and become lazy...but lately i do some work out to get away this bad habit, and i getting better now...he need a routine exrecise!
If he dont have sleeping disorder, than he should check his sugar blood. He could have diabetes

..People who show sympathy to this guy are like sympathizers of the South during the Civil War. I just don't like this guy. It seems like at home he just ignores everything he doesn't want to do and throws fits and acts selfish when he can't get something he wants. People saying divorce is bad.. Hey, maybe. It's better for children to live with both parents, BUT not if they're growing up in a toxic environment worried when's the next time their parents'll fight or if one of them will get hurt or leave one night suddenly unannounced. When you're with a person that is trash, sometimes.. it's best to leave them. It might be better for your children too. There's something called joint-custody man.
Just watched the ending though and I see he is going to try to change. I cheer on everyone and wish the best for everyone. But anyone can say they'll change. You gotta see if he'll change first. Everything she expected her husband to do (move the furniture, tighten some screws, etc.) can all be done by a woman. I understand that it’s frustrating that he doesn’t do it, but she could have done it herself instead of letting things go for weeks. If something needs done, I get it done myself.
Also, random, but the couple in the audience (with the guy in the black turtleneck) is so cute! The expressions they give each other when they’re surprised are so funny.
Yes these chores can be done all by herself, or even by some hired help. That's not the point though. They are in a married relationship where spouses are supposed to help each other. He just keeps saying he will do things until they don't get done or she gets frustrated and do them herself. That's not a partnership. He's just being lazy. It's unfair to the wife and kids to shoulder all the burden.
