I love little bungalow style homes and the curb appeal is spot on! I would rather have that sweet 2nd porch be accessible from the back door, instead of only through the bedroom.
It's an attractive little house. I'd add a place to hang coats and a bench for changing footwear just inside and to the left of the entry, and I'd eliminate the fireplace because it complicates furniture arrangement in such a small space. I'd lower the eating counter to table height. Access to the side porch should be from the living room, not the bedroom. But these are minor issues, and in general it's a good plan. It's unfortunate that the video was edited to prevent a good look at the floor plan.
