The 1991 Only Fools and Horses Christmas Special was a massive scale production to celebrate the show's 10th anniversary. A two parter airing over Christmas Eve & Christmas Day with the Christmas Day edition being a 90 minute location based feature length film set in Miami all filmed on film & not videotape with no laugh track. Part 1 got 17.7 million viewers. Part 2 got a lower 14.9 million as Coronation Street was airing the same time over on ITV.

Please, do you have This Is Your Life with Cathleen Nesbitt (1980), with Edward Hardwicke (1994) or Nigel Davenport (1997)? There were also wonderful guests there, like Anthony Hopkins for example. It's very strange these are not on YT. Might be blocked because of film clips?
Sadly I not have any of those, nor do I have any of This Is Your Life. When I upload any interviews from a chat show that shows clips of the guests work, I remove the clip before uploading.
