YES PLEASE COVER OPM ITS SUCH A GOOD MOD AND THERES NOT NEARLY ENOUGH OF IT ON TH-cam the minor planets extension also works so well with it and there's a few minor planets (Havous (Haumea) and Ervo (Eris) in particular) that you might find interesting to cover
Because the organic chemistry of the oceans, I would assume, that the athmosphere could also organic. So I find propane as a candidate, which has a melting point at -188 °C and, like CO2, a molar mass at 44,1 g/mol. Propene/propine has also around 40 g/mol.
Yoooooooo, he got a sponsor! this is one step closer to the success... I think... anyway nice explaination, would like to know more about the rings or the planet and generally everything about it
Could you make a video that is a sort of run-down of all of the OPM planets and moons, and stuff that is unique about each of them (assuming you will be making more on OPM in the future, no pressure!)?
And I really like science definitions for OPM planets. They discover some (but not all) mysteries of each celestial body. Or give more questions than answers (like the Tekto's geomagnetic anomaly).
do a video about Ike and Duna not having any craters. my hypothesis is that the collision that created Ike from Duna is somewhat new and Ike experiences periodic volcanic activity which wipes all of the craters off of it surface and put a layer of igneous rock over it.
Tekto's atmosphere looks like Jool's atmosphere. But Tekto's atmosphere is a little bit blue. I can only say Tekto's atmosphere might be has chlorine and nitrogen

Thanks for not answering the question. Please do a video where you break down the atmosphere and determine what it could be. You did this for eve and it was really interesting
My goal is to also let people think for themselves. I calculated the MMW and gave a few suggestions, but I found nothing (yet) that really fits. It is up to you to explore more.
What? why? Like I said, you did this for Eve did you not? You gave very interesting and intelligent suggestions for the composition of the atmosphere. Why is this one different? I would completely understand if you need to think on it a little more. But when you have explained these things in the past it doesn't make sense for you to all of a sudden start saying ''Think for yourself''
@@jjthejetplane11 You are right, it is not something I always do, but some videos have that in them. I have to admit that it is also a little bit of laziness in this case, as I couldn't find any realistic options, but I do feel like I have laid out enough information for people to try and find something, even though I think there is no real solution. Maybe I will do something in the future, but who knows.
Alright. Well, in my personal opinion it would be really interesting if you where to cover it. Obviously you don't *need* to, but a lot of people like myself don't really have the technical know how or the resources to find the right information on these things. Also, I really do appreciate the responses. Its always welcome when the creator actually engages with the community.

A sponsor at nearly 5k subs, now thats rare
a mixture of mostly propane and ethane would do the trick.

I'll keep it in mind!
@@curious_ksp_ Cool!
There is a video by kottabos doing a brief review of each planet and moon =)

That is a fun idea!
thank you for getting into OPM! theres just so much more to unpack than stock ksp
Finally, OPM videos! Good job, Mr. Curious!
Great vid, I love OPM, always has a place in my mod packs for ksp, a good stomping ground for testing interstellar craft

Blackrack + OPM volumetric clouds config (not in CKAN, gotta Google)

my favorite part of this mod is that it reuses eeloo and turns it from a pluto analog to an Enceladus analog
Next time try JNSQ planets. The Tekto/Titan equivalent is named.... Huygen in reference to the scientist you showed the picture.
The atmosphere is a combination of Nitrogen and various hydrocarbons
1:59 i see that cause my pc SUCKS
You can find the planet's temperature and pressure curves inside of their respective .cfg files usually present in planet packs.
Sweet! Though I do like the idea of actually measuring it myself in the game
is it on ckan? If not is it on any specific forum?
It is on ckan, labeled outer planets or OPM
please do a video on how far away the rings on urlum are and if there possible/what caused it
I have downloaded outer planets mod on ckan and some visual mods but the outer planets are not afected by the visual mods what do i do or download?
There is a specific opm visuals mod you have to look up
@@curious_ksp_ is it on ckan? If not is it on any specific forum?
You should do a video about outer wilds
I will probably not do that as my audience is really KSP-focused. The previous video was non-KSP, and that did not perform well.
@@curious_ksp_ that's unfortunate
@@curious_ksp_ In any case, it's okay to throw in this type of content from time to time!
make a video shoing the new planets and its moons
yoo can you cover the whirligig world system perhaps?
"Sarnus" LOL
