    My first pistol was a G26 gen 5 and it's still my go-to. I love its versatility - I can carry the 10 rd in the summer, wearing a t-shirt. In the fall, a 12 rd Edc and, during jacket winter, the 17 round. Would take it over a Taurus or Canik, due to its track record of reliability. Also, you can get the 33 round magazine, made by Glock, as well. Shoot that gun as soon as you get the chance - it shoots as well as any gun of its size and has the feel of a larger gun (which I can't say about the Glock 43 and its snappy recoil).

    The most versatile Glock if not the most Versatile gun period…the mag options you have with this gun is crazy!!…you can always make g26 bigger but can’t make a G19 or a compact smaller!

    Careful with them ets mags, I had some of them and they all jammed at one point I would only use them for the range but for personal protection I would jus stick with the oem mags

    My Glock 26 is my go-to handgun for everything. Like others have said it's the most versatile and of course it's very dependable. If I could have only one handgun in my collection it would definitely be my 26.

    Nice ! G26 was my first Glock after my Taurus g2c and I gotta say I love it and it’s versatility. You can carry basically every 9mm Glock magazine .

    If you're gonna carry a Glock that you've haven't fired yet, you should use the OEM Mags, Just until you can test out the third party magazines. I personally wouldn't carry any gun until I made sure it ran. I don't give a F who the manufacturer is! I bought a gen 5 Glock 27 with the front serrations, identical to yours. but the 40 variant. that gun had two failures to feed when I first shot it at the range. After running hundred rounds through it, It was fine. and been fine ever since then

      I totally agree and I do. This is just for review on TH-cam. I still carry my G3c

    I’m a 3rd gen guy and I hate the fs glocks but that gen5 fs looks nice on the 26.

    I have a 5th gen g26. I used a Pearce extension on one of the ten-round mags, but I kept the other two as is. (I like the flush fit, makes it easier to conceal.) I also have a g19 15 round mag. Originally I was going to buy a mag sleeve to cover the gap, but after using it, I'm not so sure. The mag sleeve adds a little bulk, while I can handle the stock mag just fine. Overall I enjoy the gun, though in this day and age it's a little bulky for EDC, even with the flush-fit mags.

      Bulky. I call it filling my hand up with grip. 365 is crap and the grip is too small

    • @averagerednek8446
      @averagerednek8446 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SILKLIVIN no prob…only difference with the 19x mags compared to others is the color and they use the gen 4 base plate on the flush 17 round mags rather then the gen 5 plate. So if you ever get a 19x you can’t use the gen 5 mags because of the small lip on the bottem of the grip on the front but the gen 4 mags will work

    they are all the same, why? They’re all just glocks with different branding.

      That's not true family. Taurus has a history of quality issues.

    • @stfrancisp
      @stfrancisp ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Taurus is cheaper but that isn’t a bad thing(anymore). They had a big history of malfunctions and breaking but made a comeback with their newer guns. Not on glocks level but close. If they had harder steel and materials they’d be pretty much a Glock
