I love how Lilly does workouts that are doable yet intense! Idk but I think I'm getting better. I'm probably too young for the lean method but exercizing with your mini workouts is enough for the start!

Day 1: ✅ (This was yesterday) man this workout burned Day 2: ✅ My stomach was really sore from yesterday but it was kinda easier :) Day 3: ✅ My stomach wasn’t really sore anymore but I feel the workout getting easier Day: 4 ✅. I was flying through this workout it was much easier then when I started Day: 5 ❎ I was busy 😓 Day: 6 ✅ I shouldn’t have skipped a day cuz man it burned Day: 7 ❎ UGH I fell asleep Day: 8 ✅ This workout is getting easier

If you seriously want to burn fat, I do not advise you to follow this exercise alone because it is based on showing and strengthening the abdominal muscles, so even if you strengthen the muscles, they will not appear as long as there is fat covering them, so you should start with cardio exercises to burn fat Do this exercise after you finish your cardio workout. If this is too much for you, there are ten-minute exercises that combine burning fat and building muscle you will feel better after two weeks But if you don't carry a lot of fat in ur tummy just follow this workout for two weeks or more
Yesterday, November 10, I bought the monthly subscription to the Lean app, but it was not what I expected and it disappointed me, so I tried to cancel it to refund my money but I couldn't, is it possible to cancel it and get my money back?
@@eshitanirwan Due to the format of the classes, since they are divided into too many parts (normally 5 parts including muscle activation and among others) which I feel makes it more complicated, I would like it to be all in one video. In addition to the fact that classes suddenly pause and I have tried different wifis but it is not a thing of the wifi connection, it simply does not work and it is frustrating
