Musical art is not restricted to one single genre. As much as I personally don’t like or enjoy current (or for that matter most era’s) pop music, one can’t deny it’s artistry and it’s appeal. Though of course some of that is down to marketing. I think one of the things keeping new generations of people from enjoying classical music is this perceived snobbery or it, and it doesn’t help that often people who do enjoy classical music act in a particularly snobbish way, dismissing any other musical style as base and not artistic and suggesting people must be ignorant for enjoying it. Less snobbery, more accessibility. Though I’m sure many of the classical gatekeepers would also get upset if it became popular too.

The century, the country, the background, the skills, the environment and etc. around the world since the violin existing on earth and the music became one of the wonders of the earth... Let me tell you something, He is amazing/awesome from the first since last work which he was able to write/play, and the most amazing thing is that nobody was able to compete with him, is able today and believe or not no one can do it even until the end of the world. No matter he looks like( because no body from us was there to know him), he's the greatest and will remain the same. We need to appreciate that and to pass the history to our childrens, so they will develop in harmony knowing the gifted people from the past and living nature, listening a quality music. Grazia
I read somewhere that in Paganini's time nobody else could play some of his compositions, he was that great. Thank you for bringing this great music to UT and our enjoyment of it.
He had Marfan Syndrome. It affects the connective tissues in the body and made his fingers very flexible. Many of his works are still considered borderline impossible today.

A mi, un décimo año de existencia, reconocía a don Nico, como un compositor e interprete extraordinario; en un instrumento que debe ser acariciado e idolatrado, para hacer fluir el arte del sonido y la armonía en su máxima expresión. Pasados los tres cuartos de siglo de mi existencia, sólo puedo reafirmar lo ya expresado en lo superlativo ...Recuerdo con meridiana claridad la década de lo 50 < año 1954 si mal no recuerdo,> la interpretación de su concierto N 4.- en la sala de conciertos Lamoureux en Paris, compilación intrerpretada al público y dada a la luz al Mundo. Posteriormente se conocieron sus Póstumos número 5 y 6.- Compositor Celestial, por decir lo menos ... Gracias don N. Paganini.
