For my trip in December I decided to book a split stay at Park MGM & NYNY (mostly NYNY--I booked a room with a fridge). My reasoning was that I could easily go to mid-strip via the tram to Bellagio, and it would be easy to access the Excaliber/Luxor/MB via a short walk and their tram.
Great idea. I'm heading to Vegas tomorrow staying at park MGM 1 night and Bellagio 2 nights. Same reasoning though. Normally, I mostly stay in the south strip but we got some comp nights at Bellagio from Myvegas rewards. Thank you for the comment.@@Dark0blivion
@@TravelMaximizer That sounds fun. I was hoping to use the 2 night MyVegas redemption for Bellagio, but you can't book it in succession with a MGM rewards comp. There has to be 72 hours in between. So perhaps the next trip I'll do something like NYNY + 3 days at CET or Resorts world + Bellagio with MyVegas. Would be easier if I had a travel buddy who also used MyVegas, but alas I'm a solo traveller lol.
Yes player 2 for any reward system unlocks exponential benefits. Traveling alone has its benefits too though. last time I went to Vegas alone, I walked the entire strip back and forth. I hadn't done that in like 20 years before they made the pedestrian bridges.
@dorianbuciza4101 that’s enough to live large. You can do so many free things in Vegas. Just walking around is entertaining and that doesn’t cost money. Save on cheap eats at miracle mile. Have fun
Would you really? It’s basically in front of the circus circus. I stayed there 4 nights last year and it was a long walk to the miracle mile and Bellagio. Maybe 30 minutes or more for slower walkers. It’s a really nice hotel and has a free water show from the check in lobby at their giant water fall.
A stadium is expected to be built there soon. You might want to search online for the Tropicana explosion because it's a cool video. Thank you for the comment

Parking is 18 per day for weekdays at most hotels. More on weekends.

Update its 07 Nov 2024. Tropican is no more. Just a pile of dust. Litarely no more.
