It’s good to know there are still a few places to get some cheap eats in Vegas. I wasn’t surprised to see that the vast majority of the food was things like hot dogs and pizza slices. Nor was I surprised that almost none of the cheap places shown are anywhere near the main part of the strip. It would be cool to see a video of the top places you can eat at on the main part of the strip for $25 or less. Seems like that would be more realistic these days and would give a lot more options outside of pizza and hot dogs. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for a great video. We tried Brooklyn's Best Pizza tonight. Great pizza, great price and on a Sat night it was busy. The people that work there are so nice too. We also have their zucchini sticks and shared a special with a beer. OMG, we were so full and our bill was only $26. My new go to pizza place.
Arrived in Las Vegas last night. Am staying at The El Cortez Cabanas. Just discovered the BEST DEAL in VEGAS. All you can eat wings and draft beers at Therapy Las Vegas. The wings were better than Victory Burger at Circa. For a grand total of $45.88 I eat as many wings as I could (hour and half) and drank as many draft beers as I wanted for less that $50. That is an amazing deal. It's time for a nap. Nacho Daddy tonight!
I have a fun fact for you Norma. I'm a lot older than you and you probably weren't even born yet but back in the day I worked at circus circus and would go to slots of fun to get the 99-cent ft long. People would go crazy for this. It was even on a television documentary about one of the best hot dogs.
Those were excellent. I liked them so much that one time when my parents went I asked them to bring some back. They brought me an ice chest full back here to Texas.
@@tracyenriquez2952 I think I may have saw that doc. I remember seeing it on tv when I was a kid and couldn’t wait to get older so I could try the hype lol.
I'm sure many Gen Xers would agree that we miss the old skool early 90's Vegas where buffets were about $5.99-$7.99. Those days are definitely missed! Real coins clinging and clanging out of the slot machines, no resort fees, free parking, free downtown LV street talent shows without getting hustled, hard liquor dollar shots at El Cortez and other DT Vegas Hotel Casinos, Boulder Highway hotel/motels with real metal room keys, along with heading home to have a steak at Nevada Landing for only $6.99. Like....Seriously. Miss those day yo!!!
I found this channel when I was going to Vegas on a business trip last June and took Norma's advice and went to Taco's El Gordo. It was the best meal I had of the entire trip. Loved the rustic style of the place and the people were super friendly. I can't wait to return
Thank you for showcasing a few off the strip places for cheap eats. We are staying at the Downtown Grand for a few nights in August after seeing your 24 hour video. Cannot wait to try the hotdog and beer special. Sometimes in Vegas you just need something quick to soak up all the alcohol 🎉
I'm so glad you recommended Huey Magoos! The new food court at Fremont is really great, and I'll make the drive over there with friends quite often so they can get a taste.
Love all your content thankyou your really helping me to plan my vacation we are visiting from the uk in October for my best friend 40th birthday we want to go for a really special meal where would you recommend for us to go any help would be amazing thankyou Best wishes 😊❤
Nice cheap eats! I remember when Slots of Fun had a snack bar in the front and they had free popcorn, the best chicken tenders and burgers plus a footlong hot dog for $0.99, $1.50 with a Heineken. We used to eat there all the time. Now my favorite cheap eat on the Strip is Inn n Out. The Stardust had a little snack bar that had a delicious roast beef sandwich for $3.99. It was huge. Norma, you mentioned you needed some food to soak up all the alcohol from the Downtown Grand. That's why you eat the pretzel.😂 BTW, I also love a hot dog with mustard and ketchup but be careful. I think in Chicago putting ketchup on a hot dog is looked down on, like you committed a crime.
Hi Norma, I always love your cheap eats vids and your $ challenges. Vegas is so expensive now so it is great to know where you can enjoy Vegas for not a lot of money. Clearly inflation is real, not just in Vegas, but all over. I would love to see you do these cheap eats videos at inflation adjusted price points, like $15 and $20 to see what you can find. All the food you showed looked great and the prices were incredible values. BTW you look great and are so comfortable in front of the camera. Keep up the great work.
The Arts District segment reminded me: have you ever done a First Friday video? I've always wanted to go, but usually when I visit, Friday is when I'm heading back home. The Nathan's and a PBR deal at The Grand can't be beat!!

Finally, a good video 😂
As someone who loves to ball on a budget in Vegas this video is awesome! So glad you went back to downtown grand to show off the hot dog and beer deal, it’s great! 🌭🍺
Some people don't know that you can do Vegas trips and not spend an arm and a leg every time while getting food, and beer. Your video really would help people who want to see Vegas but don't have HUGE budget. Awesome video Norma :)
Plus some of us don't like bitter beer or drinking alcohol at every turn.
The best deal nowadays in 2024 is the $9.99 New York steak and eggs available 24 hours a day at the 13 Village Pubs around Las Vegas. The Ellis Island location is a few dollars more and is only available from 11pm to 11am. Go local to the 13 local Village Pubs. They also have daily specials including the famous king cut prime rib for $19.99 saturdays starting at 11 am
$2 pbr n hot dog looks better
Happy Friday Norma 😊
By Maryland Parkway. Used to like some eateries over there. They have Grandma Pizza. That's a very good pizza. Yes, my wife used to like to play in slots-of-fun. I do the same thing with the napkins when I eat. My wife used to make fun of me until she ruined a few tops. Need Mustard and Relish for your Hot Dog. The Downtown Grand seems to be a nice Hotel/Casino. The Pretzel should be served with mustard. Then you should be glad to be indoors. Boyd Gaming provides some good meal deals. Do they have Grandma Pizza? The Eggplant Pizza is good.
Whooooooooooooaaaa super Delish!!!! All the places ❤
the last place had the best deal! Take some time off from the "bing bing bing" of the slots and get some snacks
Brooklyn's Best pizza looks so delicious! "It wont cost an arm and a leg" 😉
dipping your hot dog instead of putting the condiments on the dog, savage lol
It's so hot I'm only eating ice cubes LOL
Definitely amazing content 👌
Are there any healthy cheap eats options? That would be a great video not done yet. Thanks Norma
Exactly. It's all Hydrogenated junk.
