Ketoconazole shampoos have become an increasingly popular way to treat hair loss, but is there actually any evidence to show it can regrow your hair? Could it even make hair loss worse over the long-term?
This in-depth guide will take a close look at ketoconazole. This will include its uses, how it works, and the research studies which back its claims.
While the results are certainly encouraging (as will be seen later), I believe that all-natural is the only way to go if you want to treat the root cause of your hair loss.
Many over-the-counter ‘hair loss products’ just mask the symptoms, while also causing further harm down the road, because they don’t attack the root cause.
In fact, a much better option (after 4 years researching and experimenting) is to simply use 4 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to wash your hair, once or twice per week.
In my experience it’s a bad idea to use any kind of chemicals on your head in any form!

Nizoral twice a week for 3-4 weeks. That’s enough.
There is only one solution follow this.
There is an ayurvedic powder call tankad vasm ( borax) mix 1 teaspoon with 1 lemmon juce + neem leaf juce 2 tea spoon + curd mix well And apply 1 hour before bath and wash away with normal water. This remedy can be done 3 times a week. Within 2 week your Seeboric dermatitis will vanish.

Pure broscience with that "natural" way. Only "natural" thing that works and has high quality studies is microneedling. On the topic, you are right that ketoconazole is a good anti-fungal and mild antiandrogen too. I recommend using ketoconazole cream every other day as well. Leave it for 4 hours on the scalp and wash out your scalp.

I tried the natural way like mild shampoos without sulfates parabens etc and my Problem of dandruff went worse idk why, im gonna try this nizoral, hope it works

Jazeel Calicut I don’t knot know if I have pattern baldness or not,, I have fat hair, sometimes I have hair loss, and auful itch,, so if there is no way to stop it,I use nizoral shampoo twice a week for 3 weeek,, and the itch disappear.
But, I don’t use it longer , as I know better not to use it longer,not to have side effects

Jazeel Calicut I have very sensitive scalp,, and fat scalp,, so I need to wash hair almost every day,otherwise full mess, begins itch and hair loss.

Used it 7 days a week without issue for years, and I stopped hair loss in my family.
but i started taking strong fish oil and My head woukd get more sweaty greasy i didnt think anything of it but noticed that i lost hair.
Then i stopped using nizoral for a few months and i started thinning out.
Basically Didnt make the connection of fish oils and not using nizoral anymore, I had researched this stuff back in university read some peer reviewed papers of it showing signs of hair loss prevention so i started on it early,
But like 4-5 years later was fish oil and off nizoral because i just showered less often hahah and also ran out and was tryin to save money at the time and since my hair was good i figured the stuff prlly doesnt work anyway im probably not going to lose hair anyways (i figured i was never meant to lose hair)
Then months off it i was like Ahhhhhhh Fuckkkkkkkk rebought it and also bot Nioxil system 1, using both 3 times a week Nizora ( ketoconazole) and 4 times a week Nixoin system. density is returning although hairline just a tad but back but its fine. So yeah bro.
I made a rookie mistake becayse i started on it before i was likely meant to go bald but since i never did go bald because i handled it early,
I thought hmm this stuff prlly didnt have as much of an impact as i thought and didnt buy it for 3 months savin $ and boom got slapped. It was more the density then the actual receding of hairline. and thats come back.
-Dont take strong fish oil, that was another mistake I would take a table spoon of the strongest concentration they had at the life store when this stuff was so strong they recommended a tsp.
Sometimes I do this where i think more cant be bad, and perhaps it wasnt . But my hair is my life.
Word of advice: Swim in Ketoconzacole. Leave it in for 10 minutes minimum rub it in good use a handful each time too dont rub it in hard (i personally gind i get a bad migraine when i use my individual fingers to really make sure it reaches tthe scalp u just wanna make sure u cover the key areas.

I heard of positive results from ketoconazole too, but I believe you that any chemical will cause damage over time.
We all know there is no easy solution, because of diet, ph balance, exercise, environmental factors, genetics and other grueling, tough things to consider.
