Just a comment: I KNOW I would love this food but at the age of 81 I have never had Lobster. I have never had fresh crab either but I love all seafood so I know i would like this. The reason I have never had them is simply too afraid to cook such expensive ingredients and risk messing it up . I'm even afraid of making a fish pie even though I have had that before, delis

Let the fish store cook it for you. I am from the Ocean State and had seafood all my life, but now it bothers me to dress fish or cook lobsters so I let the fish store do it for me. Less mess too. Even easier is buying lobster shelled. NO mess. Definitely try lobster.
