We’re doing something different with how we build the 2021 Bronco™ SUV. We have designed each Bronco series around different types of adventure. Choose the series that fits you and your adventures best, then customize it even more with over 200 Ford accessories to truly make it your own.
The all-new 2021 Ford Bronco™ SUV is back. Bronco was torture-tested in the Johnson Valley desert - home of King of the Hammers. It also took on the grueling Baja 1000, one of the world’s toughest off-road endurance races. Bronco was designed, engineered and Built Ford Tough® so you can depend on it to get you out into the wild and back again.
There’s a whole world out there just waiting to be discovered. With its toughness and durability, the all-new Bronco™ was built to carry outdoor enthusiasts to wherever the wilderness calls.
The Sasquatch™ Package is available on every 2021 Bronco™ series and standard on Wildtrak.™ Package includes 35-inch tires with 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, front- and rear-locking differentials, 4.7 final drive ratio with electronic-locking front and rear axle. There’s also a high-clearance suspension and high-clearance fender flares. Also, due to high demand, the Sasquatch Package will be available in 2022 with manual transmission.
What does Motor Trend think of the 2021 Ford Bronco?
Driving the 2021 Bronco is a refreshingly good time. Our V-6-equipped, 4WD Outer Banks trim tester was smooth and refined on pavement, feeling quick off the line and providing plenty of power to pass. We didn't find a lot of grip in the Bronco Outer Banks' Bridgestone Dueler tires but that only added to the fun. For the more adventurous and likely to go off the beaten path, Ford offers a Sasquatch package that adds 35-inch LT mud-terrain tires, bigger fenders, clever suspension, a more capable transfer case, and a locking front differential.
The new Bronco's interior looks sharp and works well. The G.O.A.T. mode controller is satisfyingly chunky, and the available 12.0-inch touchscreen is both intuitive and usefully programmed. Where the Bronco cabin falters is in some of the cheap-feeling plastics it employs, as well as confusing and unusual gauges in the instrument cluster. The new SUV's biggest weakness, though, is its loud cabin. So much wind noise permeates the interior at freeway speeds, conversations become next to impossible. There's room for improvement on the 2021 Bronco, but we're confident people who buy it will love their purchase.

I really want one of these, but I test drove it and the 4 Cyl, manual doesn;t have the torque I'm used to. I have a manual Nissian Xterra 6 Cyl, and I love the pep. Not sure why Ford made a 4 Cyl manual-especially for the size of this truck. If it was 6 cyl, I would have already bought one!!!!

I have one just like this in a different color on order. I have gone back and forth on the 2.3l vs. the 2.7l over and over again, ultimately I decided I want the MT. I drove a 4- door Big Bend with the 2.3l automatic up I-70 and I was pleasantly surprised by the power of that engine, it works great in the Bronco! I also like that it’s a inline engine and not “v” and that there is only one turbo. The main negative with it is the port injection. I’ll just be sure to use valve cleaner at oil changes and enjoy shifting again!

Does it have any towing capabilities and if so, what weight can it handle? I’m thinking of purchasing the BlackSeries HQ19 trailer with a Tare Weight of 6,349 lbs & Tow Ball Weight: 485 lbs. Thank you!!!

I'm hoping when my 2018 Focus dies I can get a Bronco Big Bend or Badlands with a 7 speed manual. These newer automatics are a manual transmission with an automated shifting system and they tend to rumble at take off after getting a certain number of miles on them. My family bought a vacation home that requires crossing a shallow river and going up a hill to get to the house. So the Bronco would be great for that. Especially with a manual transmission.
