- A re-enactment of one of the most epic and memorable scenes from Gurren Lagann.
Kamina leads ZEXIS/ZEUTH in the battle against Thymilph and his forces. The battle goes well and Kamina is even able to snap some sense out of Simon and give him the will to fully control the Dai-Gunzan. However, in a sad twist of fate, Kamina is mortally wounded by Thymilph. Things look bad but Kamina, who was believed to be dead, rises for one last stand and together with Simon, they are able to beat Thymilph and secure victory.
However, Kamina eventually succumbs to his wounds and shocks EVERYONE in your team but Kamina leaves Simon with some godly words before he dies.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, NOT IN THE YOU WHO BELIEVES IN ME, NOT IN THE ME WHO BELIEVES IN YOU. BELIEVE IN THE YOU WHO BELIEVES IN YOURSELF!

Seeing all these other mech drivers mourn for Kamina just proves that he is possibly the most badass anime character of them all.

09:17. The defining moment for me when Kamina shouts 'HISAAAAAATSU'. Epic moment. The voice actor has a kickass way of shouting out attacks tbh.
I feel terrible whenever a character levels up a bunch and then dies. :(

Z2 jumped up on my list of "Wished they made an anime of this game" list after this stage. Had to quit playing because it got too dusty in the room.
And many manly tears were cried.

Think Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics or Advance Wars, replace them with Gundams, Mazingers, Getter Robos, combine all their plots into one world and you get this game.
I don't know which death is sadder Kamina's or Lockon's death. I love them both.

Technically, the whole Kamina vs. Ryouma thing also shows off how Gurren Lagann and Getter Robo fans fight, when they can just get along.

...What would have made the Scene with Kamina, Yoko and Simon even more awkward, is to imagine that Simon wasn't the _only_ one eavesdropping...
Now that is as close a translation as you can get. Word order for the last bit makes translation for it awkward but the rest is brilliant. The fan subs are mostly correct

This stage was what that made me watch TTGL, i felt guilty for not using gurren lagann
Its a support attack, not a combined attack. Every pilot gains PP or Pilot Points for each kill. You can then use the Pilot Points to purchase a skill called Support Attack which enables pilots with the skill to support other pilots in attacking enemy units.

I'm not saying that i love to see people die. I'm saying it sucks that a extremely likeable characters (Kamina and Lockon) die so tragicly. Both characters are awesome in their own right.

Ryoma is a bit jerky, but deep down inside, he's a nice guy. It's simply what he went through the beginning of Getter Robo Armageddon is what made him so jaded.

But there are other mistakes, such as him putting it in english
I dunno why, but I find it a bit ironic that Kamina gains a level, then proceeds to die before he can actually benefit from it...

If Project X Zone had a little bit more strategic depth to their gameplay, if Project X Zone combined the plots of their series into one world instead of just randomly selecting some characters from certain series and thinking of an excuse to put them together and if Project X Zone had epic re-enactments of scenes from their respective series.

G Gundam would ruin it beyond all hope. I only hope that they consider including more of the main Gundam series into the game though. I wouldn't mind seeing ZZ, Victory, or Unicorn end up in the next Z title. Only ones I can really understand not showing up are Stardust Memory, War in a Pocket, 08th MS Team, and F91. Simply because they are too short to have a real story in the game.
@JohnAtDawn There aren't too many people who can translate Japanese Kanto to American English. Let alone they're anime fans. They better have an anime fan translate this because those who aren't don't really care about anime don't give a shit about translating it right.
