He plays custom Maton's, guitars made in Melbourne, Australia. They are beaten up because he uses them very percussively including scratching at the side. Not to mention doing 300 gigs a year.
Just note that Richie is using nylon strings so its a little easier for him to play than the others. If you were to judge these guys on just acoustic guitar talent, then Juber and Emanuel would wipe the floor with Richie. All great though
