Jaden McDaniels getting skipped along with Devin Vassel , IQ and Payton is criminal. Minnesota would be much much worse if we didn’t have our fantastic perimeter defender.
Not close???? Tyrese is leading the league in assists, averaging 20/11/4 and has a PER 4 points higher than ant. Stats don't lie buddy, also they have massive team diff.
To me the biggest disappointments in that draft class are Wiseman, Patrick Williams and Killian hayes both 2nd, 4th and 7th picks in that draft respectively. Apart that Willams is staying on the team that drafted him wiseman changed already 2 teams same goes to Hayes. In Detroit Wiseman wasnt able to develop his shooting like in GS and now he is even becoming a benchwarmer on a winning team for a 2nd pick on the draft. Williams however he is a 3 and D kinda role player he averaged almost 10 points per game in his first 4 seasons with the team. Now signing williams to almost 20 million a year for a role player is a bad recipe for disaster we dont know if Patrick is gonna be this good after signing the contract. Hayes wasnt able to develop his shooting games and he was a turnover machine not only that he didnt develop his 3 point shot because he had all that time to develop everything detroit immediately gave up on him and waived him. Now hayes is with the nets on a minimum contract we dont know if he is gonna work out with the nets. Pistons could have drafted Tyrese Haliburton. The Golden State could have easily drafted Lamelo ball. The bulls could have also drafted Deni avdija instead of Williams. To me Willams Wiseman and hayes are potentially busts based on their scoring stats and their game.
As a Kings fan I’m still content with our roster but I sometimes wish we were able to keep Haliburton (and somehow trade Fox) instead of trading for Sabonis because I feel it’s somewhat harder to build a team with a center like him
GTFOH Hali is overrated if his teammates aren’t hitting shots and he’s struggling to score he’s a 0 on the court he’s arguably the worst defender in league Fox is better rn the only thing Hali does better is pass and shoot gimme fox anyday of the week
@@mikeysbusy My comment was *not* about Fox being a bad player-believe me, he’s a great player, but more about roster construction-it is EXTREMELY hard to find a capable frontcourt defender that can play next to Sabonis in a starting lineup that can not only protect the rim but also have some range beyond the arc (to prevent spacing issues).

As a 76ers fan it still bewilders me that Tyrese Maxey, who was picked at 21, ended up being better than most of our many top draft picks throughout the 2010’s 😂
As a Warriors fan, I can't blame them for taking Wiseman since the Center position was and still is a position of need for them, given all the other teams in the Western Conference have the size at the five to dominate the boards. However, the problem was two-fold Wiseman had to develop on the fly since he only played three games in college but the other problem is the Warriors were not the best team situation for developing what was a project player, if Wiseman had stayed in college a whole season and developed he could've been a better player.
and that dumbass NCAA decision that make him banned for the first year in college, heck even TJD had played more games in his career in NCAA than Wiseman 4 years in NBA, that lack of experience is crazy and because of pandemic, Wiseman had not played summer league those, his basketball career game until nw is less than TJD after TJD finish his rookie year, is enough unlucky
I still blame the Warriors for drafting Wiseman. The guy had so many red flags in him yet they decided to risk it all because they needed size. They got suze alright. A cone on defense and a liability on offense.
Man you should do videos on why Defending Champs are unable to go back-to-back champs. Both were surrounded by elite coaching staffs 5. Both were surrounded by elite rosters 6. Both players also did not play a lot in college, as wiseman only played three games and lance was a starter for only one season. They were picked on what they could become, not in what they were.
