Fingers crossed I’m gonna try it, even though it’s hot in Georgia now. But mine started blowing heat once it got warm outside and mines in a 2019. Thanks 🤞
the problem is that after running cold air for 4-5 months , the warm air door sticks, the actuator are not able to open the door, and shuts off, to fix this problem turn the fan off and drive for an hour with the fan shut off, the heat build up will probably let the sticky flap/door to open, works for me , i have 3 sprinters and they are all like this, to avoid this turn the heat on once every week.
That sounds similar to my MY21... After a long drive and a drop in outside temperature AC does not respond to higher settings and there is no heat. Would you post a document name/number so I could share it with my mechanics? They cannot replicate that... Thank you!
Will check to see what I can find. We ended up having to take it to the dealer. This worked for short term fix, but it ended up being something they needed to replace the next time the heat went out. We did an update video where we showed the paperwork in the video.

I hope it worked! It did for us, but then it stopped again. That ended up being a bigger problem with the van.

@@SkyVanExperiencethat’s because you needed to adapt it to your main ECU . That is what dealer did
It work for me 2023 under 2k miles
AWESOME! Glad that was helpful.
IT IS NOT THIS MOTOR ,THIS ONE IS FOR OUTSIDE/INSIDE AIRFLOW.
I am sure you are right. I am still confused as to what controls what in the HVAC. I am just glad Mercedes was able to fix it.
@@SkyVanExperience what ended up being wrong? just did your fix this morning and it worked (for now).
What year is your sprinter
