He has not even completed his investigation and he is wanting her charged with murder. I do not believe they will be able to charge her with murder. If you do classes and appear to be rehabilitated you get out with a Probation officer, you have to follow with restrictions with certain times of being home, you have to get a job, sometimes drug and alcohol testing, ect. I've seen people get out after having a life sentence after 30 or 40 years in prison, even if the victims family don't want them to get out! The justice system is BROKEN, without a doubt! I don't know what we little people can do, it's all the people in office that can make the changes that should be protecting our communities! Well, wanting to blame the criminal is a natural instinct. Obviously, after a detailed investigation and a review by the prosecutor(s) the formal decision of what charges might be presented to a grand jury will be taken.

I think meth is gross, but as a man who drinks alcohol occasionally, I believe I have no right to judge a grown adult for using her preferred substance. If you do classes and appear to be rehabilitated you get out with a Probation officer, you have to follow with restrictions with certain times of being home, you have to get a job, sometimes drug and alcohol testing, ect. I've seen people get out after having a life sentence after 30 or 40 years in prison, even if the victims family don't want them to get out! The justice system is BROKEN, without a doubt! I don't know what we little people can do, it's all the people in office that can make the changes that should be protecting our communities! OMG. I wondered about the possibility that this young officer was killed by police crossfire. How tragic. My condolences and sympathy to his family. God be with them. My empathy for the officer who shot his fellow officer. May God grant them all comfort and inner peace.

The Book of Enoch claimed that gates to Heaven could be found at the "ends of the Earth" guarded by "great beasts". Here could be found JAIL CELLS where stars would do "hard time" for not rising on time, lol. Stars had ARMS & LEGS! According to Genesis 1, the Earth had a dome over it called a "firmament" which was part of Creation and the fastenings of this metal dome could be seen at the edges of the Earth. Heaven was above this dome and Thunder was God walking to and fro on the dome up in Heaven, so God had legs, too! When the Bible says "God made Man in his image, they're being quite literal.
Well, the Earth doesn't have edges that you can sail over. Thunder isn't a man walking on a metal dome over a FLAT Earth. There are no "ends" of the Earth where gates of Heaven are guarded by great beasts and there are no jail cells where "bad Stars" do "hard time". Stars don't have arms and legs. The man making the thunder in Heaven just ISN'T THERE, so how could this information have come from God as claimed? IT COULDN'T have. The Book of Enoch was REMOVED from the New Testament to cover for the fact that it’s a work of pure fiction.
So they had to create a NEW Testament, which is REALLY the word of God this time! Good thing, because the Old Testament actually instructs followers to KILL non-believers in 3 different places. Are you REALLY going to believe the "new and improved" version of a proven book of lies? REALLY?

You have lost a fine young officer who sounds like he would have risen quickly in the ranks and would surely have become a great commander or even a Sheriff in his own right! The cops got what they deserved for trying to cage people because they possess drugs. That's not a crime, regardless of what the law says. End this war on drugs, and leave people alone unless they are committing actual crimes. You have no right to tell anyone what they can or cannot do to their own body. How many more people are gonna die fighting an unwinnable war?
