Andy, great tips as always. One additional that I have found really helpful for candidates is for them to give titles to their examples and have that on a piece of paper to reference during the interview. For example, doubling ABC Corps revenue, Conflict with Bob, etc. It happened to them, but sometimes candidates go blank during the interview, so have a list of titles of examples they have thought through can be a very simple/impactful exercise!

My interview strategy is being blunt and to the point. I don't play games or beat around the bush. Sure, it means I'll strike out a lot, but when I do get hired it's an out of the park homerun.

Same! I just cant be bothered to prepare for something that isn't gonna result in anything in most cases. My brain doesn't work that way... plus I get easily bored. 😂😊

I needed to hear this. I am at the final video interview stage and I am anxious that I'll put my foot in my mouth or stumble over my words. So I'm writing out stories to common interview questions. I'll try your approach instead, Andy, by utilizing bullet points for an outline and record myself giving a response. Wish me luck!

I have a question, this could work for an interview in English, because it is for customer service and they want to know if I know the language or there is no need to memorize any questions. I am a native Spanish speaker, greetings.
