People are discounting this guy like he was bound to win with his 'custom bike' but I call BS. This guy won because he had the skill. The race reps easily had the power advantage which you could see on the small straights. The weight difference probably isn't much given the large size of the engine (probably an old 1100-1300cc producing around 110hp). It was lean angle that won this race and the rider was on the very limit of grip through the entire race.
No, look at their website in the original video, that bike is for that track specifically.

Yung motorcycle na yan pang oval track talaga yan tawag dyan flat track racing, kaya nanalo at natalo yung sportbikes dahil hindi pang oval track yung sportbike, pang circuit track ung sportbike which consists of long straights and curves or corners

The whole track was steeped to left only. Therefore, the handle is acting as a rudder to counter the change of thrust & yawning(rotating) tendency.
