Not being an ass but clean you throttle body. I could see it while it was apart. Your motor will love you. This is the last time for a long time with your catch can. Thanks again another great vid.
I’ve been in the market for a Jeep Commander for the longest. I’m wanting too much I guess. Less than 100,000 miles, 4x4, 5.7 hemi. How’s yours holding up? And how’s the maintenance been?
Good choice! that's what I held out for. took me many months to get everything I wanted. when I found one I flew 500 miles to buy it and drove it Home. so far just changed the oil when it needed and everything has been great. I love this vehicle
Project Dan H man I’ve seen so many miles away. I’ve been contemplating flying to one and driving back! It’s funny you actually did it and I’ve thought about it
@@MrPonkie it was a fun trip! I made a video, check it out! Another option would be to have it shipped back from a transport company. You just have to consider the cost of gas vs the air fare.. and the annoying corona bullshit. More than one way to skin a cat
@@MrPonkie very minimal surface rust on the undercarriage. It was a southern car the first 5 years then a Rochester NY car for the 2nd 5 years. I immagine all rust was from Rochester. I'm gonna have to get under there soon an POR15 the whole thing so it won't rot. Sounds like you have a great deal.. I paid 15k for 76kmiles fully loaded black limited hemi
Thats so much oil, i have a 2010 hemi, this thing has stalled out when stopped at lights hundreds of times. And i bought it brand new in 2010, been doing it since day one i wonder if its because of that..
wow. crazy right? it's definitely a problem.. also make sure you use exactly the type and amount of oil your motor calls for. too little and too much can be harmful
Great video. Clean install and adds some well placed preventative maintenance. Your engine is thanking you.
Thanks brother! Gotta take care of the Jeeps that take care of us! lol
The General makes his own driveway.
🤣 true!
The sediment in the bottom of the catch can has me thinking I should do something for old red.
Definitely, and that's only after 500 Miles!
I have a black 2007 3.7 sport, pretty basic. Yours is a beauty! Congrats.
Thanks Juan! They're all a beauty 😁
MAn do I like that HEMI Commander.... friggin beautiful
thanks man! I want everything to have a Hemi
Whaaaat, I watched this video in the morning central european time😂Did you uploaded again? Very good video, what for is PCV?
Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve. Thanks for watching again🙏... I had to take it down.. re edit and upload again. Lol sorry 🤦♂️
We have about 30 of those syringes from baby meds laying around the kitchen and hall closet...
... and bedroom, and bathroom, and other bathroom 🤣

If my 07 commander is getting a running rich code with good coils packs and spark plugs, what’s the next thing to look for?
O2 sensors

Project Dan H question, how was the rust on the Jeep with 70k miles on it? I’ve got one in mind for $9k and 47k miles

Catch can for the Black Beauty? Would you use the same can? I vote for a video on it :)
Yea buddy.. I would definitely use the same can for black beauty. Perhaps I will do another Catch can vid 💪
Will this Work on my Grand Cherokee 2006 Overland?
absolutely
Might be a dumb question... Does it it matter which hose goes where on the can? Is there an inlet side and outlet side?
Not dumb dude, It absolutely matters. The side that hangs lower is the exit port. there is more filtration material on that side.
@@ProjectDanH The tube for inlet is coming from pcv valve and outlet goes to intake? I have a 08 Hemi Commander myself.
@@jimnicholson77 yep, that's how I did it. Works great!
Thanks. Mine will be delivered in a week from today.
