I'm supposing you mean that the calf muscle feels like it has a heartbeat sensation in the muscle and if so I've had that before. My experience with that sensation was caused by a rapid and out of the blue calf cramp and while in a seated position. Here's hoping I don't get crappy leg videos in my recommended because this one was great 🤞🤞🤞
Thank you for that remedy my mom is okay now. 🖤
Me watching with leg cramps and Restless legs Syndrome patient.
I have been taking ZMA supplements which has helped a lot. In addition to this, pay close attention to what you eat. I eliminated cheese and very acidic fruits from my diet. I can honestly say the dietary changes and the ZMA made a huge difference. I barely get cramps at night now.

ZMA?
What does ZMA mean?
@@fatimamangera157 ZMA is Zinc, Magnesium, and Aspartate along with vitamin b6. I use the brand BodyTech which I buy from The Vitamin Shoppe. I also eliminated chocolate. Basically anything that can worsen gastric reflux. I don't get leg cramps anymore. I can finally sleep. Important, don't skip meals.
@@beatrizt953 thank you very much for the reply🙏

Thanks for explaining so well . I watched so many videos but yours explained exactly.

The calf cramps aren't as bad, since I can put weight on the toes and ease out the cramp. But the inner thigh muscle cramps are horrid. There is no position that helps. It just goes on until it stops.
Have sciatica for 11 years now...it sucks and will not go away..tried everything

Yeah, ive been having cramps late at night, and it spasms through the whole night so i cant even sleep.. And when i wake up my leg is really sore. I think its from flexing my leg too much.. Bc i sleep with my foot pointed outwards, and i think it stays when it stays like that your leg cramps to tell you to stop doing it. Let me know if you can realate or agree, or if its just me.
ARE THESE EXERCISES HELPING ?...ANYBODY......I'M GOING TO TRY THEM....WHEN I'M SLEEPING I STREACH AND CAUSES HORRIBLE BOTH CALF MUSCLES IN PAIN ...ANYBODY ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS?
Let me know if these exercises helped! If not, I would be happy to see you in the office and I can pinpoint which exercises would help you specifically.
I wish you'd explained more about how the piriformis is related to the cramping.

Hello I’m having these issues right now I even had an ultra sound done recently thank god. No blood clots but my doctor has me on muscle relaxers and I have to wait and see what that is going to do I will keep in touch with you for the end results
Quinine took care of my night cramps. I switched to hight potency liquid mineral supplements from Utah. I needed it because my guts ability to absorb is weakened.
Its really painful. To be the first pain u face on the morning after waking up. The fact that you cant do anything and just have to wait for the muscle to stop stretching or relax.
I have found that drinking A LOT of water & stretching the cramped muscle helps.
I came here to see if there’s anything else to do. I think mine is caused from thyroid medication. I saw another video that says to eat bananas.
I woke up from my sleep and I had this cramp it wasn’t like a normal cramp it felt 10x worse I felt like I was getting jumped by 5 ppl
What about quad or hamstring cramps?
Yo thx for that ngl I needed that cuz my stuff was killing me I was crying but just doing it for some time help IDK how much times I need to do it but imma do it every morning and night so I can feel good thx for what u did!
People: the immediate CURE is a swig of pickle juice! I do not joke. I keep a small glass jar of it by the bedside. You can also drink it ahead of bedtime as a preventive. It's high sodium, maybe, but it works like a charm. You are welcome.
Would pink himalayan salt help also, that's what I have
I'm going to try this, but immediately? Like during the cramp?

Consume 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard, cramp will be gone in 2-3 seconds. I keep a little package from a fast food place on my nightstand.
Wenever in bed if I experience cramp on my legs I LL drop my legs from bed to sitting position and try to relax my mind (all the time it relaxes my calf muscle from pain) I don't have any explanation but try this it LL reduce the pain within few mins. I guarantee, u LL be relieved from pain.
This would a great video if you have better audio set up.
I suffered severe leg cramps at night. I found that using melatonin drastically reduced the cramps. HGH injections completely eliminate cramps.

What happens when your calf starts beating very very fast
I'm supposing you mean that the calf muscle feels like it has a heartbeat sensation in the muscle and if so I've had that before. My experience with that sensation was caused by a rapid and out of the blue calf cramp and while in a seated position. I believe it's the body attempting to warm and provide needed water and salt in the blood to that muscle rapidly by increasing the flow to the muscle.

5 years ago when I tried the Keto diet that I was getting charlie horses all the time in my calfs, so I took potassium and magnesium; I did Not know they should be taken on an empty stomach... I'm not on a special diet now, and last night I had a charley horse that was probably 3X more intense, but it was on the "Top of my right Foot". because it didnt stop after a few minutes, it was getting so bad I was crying and begging to die, Once it finally stopped I got one in my left Toes, but it was only the pain of a normal charlie horse.
Yesterday I experienced the leg cramp
